Second, the introduction conditions
(1) basic conditions
1. has People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality;
2. Love education and have a solid professional basic theory and practical ability;
3. Have good conduct and professional ethics;
4. Have the professional knowledge and ability required by teachers, and obtain corresponding academic qualifications and degree certificates;
5. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally and the working ability to meet the requirements of the post;
6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
(2) Qualification
1. The target of introduction is full-time doctoral students and master students. Please refer to the job description for specific requirements;
2. Those who are required to be under the age of 35 in the shortlist of imported posts were born after 1987 1;
3. In 2023, fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities must graduate as scheduled and obtain corresponding graduation certificates and degree certificates;
4. Those who have obtained a degree outside the country (territory) should be the top 500 universities in academic ranking of world universities (ARWU). At the time of registration, they should provide proof of academic qualifications outside the country (territory), the degree certification letter of the Chinese Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education and other relevant certification materials;
5. Other conditions that meet the requirements of the post summary table (Annex 2).

1. Being punished by school discipline, party discipline, political discipline or criminal punishment;
2. Having been subjected to criminal punishment, expelled from public office or expelled from China's party membership;
3. Due to violation of law or discipline or suspected crime, it is being audited or disciplined, and the judicial proceedings have not yet ended;
4. In the recruitment (employment) of civil servants and institutions at all levels, it is found that there are serious violations such as fraud;
5. Being listed as the object of joint punishment for dishonesty;
6. Non-fresh college students and active servicemen who are studying;
7. Candidates who cannot be admitted according to laws, regulations, rules and policies.
Third, introduce the procedure.
(1) Registration and qualification examination
This registration adopts online and offline registration methods.
1. Register online.

The email address is called "Postal Code+Education+Graduation School+Name". After registration, the qualification will be reviewed and the results will be fed back to me by email.
2. Offline registration
Registration time: 65438+2023128 October to before interview and assessment.
The offline registration place is Room 209 of Jiayuguan Education Bureau or the interview assessment confirmation point. Provide the information required for registration on site and conduct qualification examination on site.
3. Information required for registration: fill in the registration form (attachment1); Original relevant qualification certificates required for posts such as ID card, graduation certificate and degree certificate; Graduates in 2023 shall provide employment recommendation forms or other materials required by Xue Xin. com。
(2) On-site confirmation
All applicants who have passed the registration examination must make on-site confirmation before the interview assessment. Those who fail to attend the on-site confirmation on time will be deemed to have given up the interview qualification automatically (the time and place of on-site confirmation will be notified separately).
(3) Interview evaluation
1. Time and place of interview: According to the registration and actual situation, the time and place will be notified separately.
2. Interview form: the applicant holds valid identification and attends the interview assessment at the time and place specified in the notice (if the on-site interview assessment cannot be organized due to the epidemic situation, the online interview assessment method will be adopted). By observing, asking questions, consulting relevant certificates and giving lectures, the interview assessment team focuses on the study and comprehensive quality of candidates, and comprehensively evaluates their political quality, professional ability, professional skills and moral character. The interview assessment score adopts the percentage system, and the assessment score is the average score of all judges after deducting a lowest score and a highest score. If the assessment score of the candidate is less than 85 points, he shall not enter the next link, and the assessment score shall be signed by the candidate for confirmation.
(3) signing an agreement
Those who meet the requirements for introducing talents after interview and assessment shall be identified as the introduction object after research by the leading group, and a letter of intent or tripartite agreement for introducing talents shall be signed.
(4) Physical examination
According to the interview assessment results of each position, the physical examination object is determined from high score to low score. If the interview results are the same, the physical examination object will be determined according to the total score from high to low without removing the highest score and the lowest score, and the physical examination object will be determined if the total score is the same. The physical examination is organized by the Municipal Education Bureau and conducted in a general hospital above Grade II, with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), the Operation Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and relevant revised standards. The specific time and place of medical examination will be notified separately. If the medical examination is unqualified, the qualification to be introduced will be cancelled.
(5) Inspection and qualification examination
Those who pass the physical examination are determined to be candidates for investigation. Focus on the candidates' ideological and political performance, law-abiding, moral quality, professional ability, work performance, qualifications, etc. Those who fail will be disqualified. After the 2023 graduates of the imported personnel graduate, their graduation certificates, degree certificates, employment registration certificates and other related documents will be reviewed. Those who fail to obtain the above certificates before July 3, 20231will be disqualified.
Vacant posts formed by unqualified physical examination, inspection and review shall be determined by the leading group according to the actual situation.
(6) Publicity and employment
Those who pass the interview, physical examination and inspection shall be publicized on the website of Jiayuguan Education Bureau for 5 working days after being examined and approved by the leading group, and accept social supervision. If there is no objection after publicity, the organization, the people's society, the preparation department and the Municipal Education Bureau shall go through the relevant formalities according to the relevant provisions. The probation period for the imported personnel is one year, and the minimum service period is not less than five years (including one year).
Fourth, policy treatment.
The introduction of talents takes up the establishment of the institution where they work, implements the current post salary standard of the institution, and enjoys the policy treatment of renting subsidies, resettlement subsidies, job title evaluation and employment in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Administrative Measures for the Introduction of High-level Talents in Need of Shortage in Jiayuguan City (Trial) and the Measures for Supporting and Encouraging High-level Talents in Need of Shortage in Jiayuguan City (Trial).
