Announcement of open recruitment of teachers in Nansha District, Guangzhou in 2023?
According to the spirit of the document "Measures for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Guangdong Province" (Guangdong Government Decree 139) and the principle of "openness, equality, competition and merit selection", in order to meet the needs of teachers in our district, it is decided to openly recruit 134 teachers, including 20 from Nansha District Education Bureau. The relevant matters concerning the unified recruitment of 20 career preparation teachers by Nansha District Education Bureau are hereby announced as follows:

I. Scope of the applicant

(1) Graduates in 2023, that is, graduates who have obtained bachelor's degree or above from ordinary colleges and universities between 2023 1 and August 20231,and obtained bachelor's degree or above (including those with overseas academic degree certificates).

Second, the application conditions

Applicants must meet the basic requirements and the following conditions stipulated in the Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Guangdong Province (Order No.2004 of the People's Government of Guangdong Province). 139):

8. (2) Age requirements of the applicant

Have a bachelor's degree, and the applicant for the bachelor's degree is at least 35 years old; The age of applicants with postgraduate education and master's degree can be relaxed to 40 years old; The age of applicants with doctoral degrees can be relaxed to 45.

(3) The qualifications that the applicant should possess.

3. Applicants whose major is not listed in the professional reference catalogue of civil servants in Guangdong Province in 2023 (see Annex 3) (or without professional codes) can choose similar majors in the professional catalogue, and the required courses of this major must be basically the same as the major courses required for the post, and provide employment agreement or employment recommendation form, transcripts of the major courses you have studied (which must be stamped by the Academic Affairs Office of the Graduate School) and a comparative explanation of the courses issued by the Graduate School.

4. If the applicant's position requires professional direction, and the course transcript of the applicant cannot clearly show the professional direction, it is also necessary to provide the original professional direction certificate issued by the graduate school where the applicant is located and relevant materials to prove the professional direction at the time of on-site registration and qualification examination. Whether it meets the requirements is subject to the test results.

5. Applicants must have qualification certificates corresponding to the job requirements (primary school teachers must have primary school education and above, and secondary school teachers must have secondary school education and above), and promise to obtain them before employment, otherwise they will be disqualified from employment.

Candidates affected by the epidemic in the teacher qualification examinations for primary and secondary schools (including kindergartens and secondary vocational schools) in 2023 and 2022 (NTCE written report cards or interview report cards in 2023 and 2022 are marked with "Yes"), if they are hired, they must obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate within 1 year, and may not be hired to engage in supplementary education and teaching during the probation period.

6. Those who apply for the post of Chinese teacher shall pass the Putonghua test at Grade A or above, and those who apply for other posts shall pass the Putonghua test at Grade B or above.

7. Those who apply for the post of English teacher in primary schools must obtain the national TEM-4 certificate and above before employment, and those who apply for the post of English teacher in middle schools must obtain the national TEM-8 certificate before employment (except candidates who have obtained overseas higher education qualifications and degrees and can provide IELTS score of 7 or TOEFL score of 90 and above).

Applicants who have obtained higher education qualifications and degrees from overseas [Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and foreign countries (regions)] should provide IELTS score of 7 or TOEFL score of 90 or above if they cannot provide proof of passing CET-4 or above.

(four) in any of the following circumstances, the registration shall not be accepted:

3. Persons suspected of committing a crime, whose judicial proceedings have not yet ended and whose criminal punishment period has not expired;

4. Persons who are listed as joint disciplinary targets for dishonesty according to laws and regulations;

5 in the past five years, there have been violations of discipline and fraud in recruiting (hiring) examination, physical examination or inspection personnel in institutions;

6. Applicants are not allowed to apply for positions with avoidance relationship after employment;

7. According to the relevant provisions of the state, people who need to work in the orientation unit for one year or have other transfer restrictions;

8. Persons who are not suitable for employment or are not allowed to engage in the teaching profession as stipulated by laws, regulations and rules;

The deadline for calculating the penalty period stipulated in this article is the first day of this open recruitment registration.

Third, the recruitment process

This open recruitment is conducted in order of online registration, examination confirmation, written examination and psychological quality assessment, qualification examination, interview, physical examination, organization inspection, publicity and employment.

Applicants must hold their ID cards (including valid photo identification issued by temporary id card or the public security department), admission tickets and health codes that meet the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, and arrive at the examination room on time in strict accordance with the examination requirements. Failure to report to the examination room on time or leave the examination room without authorization shall be regarded as giving up the examination.

Candidates are not allowed to disclose personal information to the examiner in an express or implied way in each examination session, otherwise they will be disqualified unconditionally.

(1) Online Registration

3. Registration requirements

(1) Applicants can only apply for one recruitment position.

(2) Examination confirmation

3. Method and content: The written test takes the form of closed book, which includes basic theoretical knowledge of pedagogy and psychology, conventional knowledge of classroom teaching and class (team) management, new curriculum reform concept, policies and regulations related to basic education, and emergency handling of campus emergencies.

4. The full score of the written test is 100, which is converted into the comprehensive score by 30%.

The qualified score line is 60 points, and you must reach the qualified score line to qualify for the next link.

The written test results shall be rounded to two decimal places, and published on the recruitment website of national institutions within 10 working days after the written test.

5. Conduct psychological quality assessment after the written test.

It lasts about 30 minutes and is evaluated by a third-party talent agency.

Psychological quality evaluation results are not published, not included in the comprehensive score, for reference only.

6. Applicants with doctoral degrees or advanced professional and technical qualifications corresponding to the positions they apply for are exempt from written examinations, and the interview results are taken as comprehensive scores.

7. According to the spirit of the Notice of the General Office of the State Council Forwarding the Opinions of the Ministry of Education and Other Departments on Improving and Promoting Free Education for Normal Students (Guangdong Government Office [2012] No.63) and the Notice of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education on Doing a Good Job in the Public-funded Normal Students' Training Program in Normal Colleges Directly under the Ministry of Education and in our province, the recruitment of public-funded Normal Students who graduated from Nansha in 2023 will be conducted by interview, and candidates must participate in registration, on-site qualification examination and psychological quality test.

The majors studied by such personnel must be consistent with the positions they apply for.

(5) Qualification examination

1. Time and method: subject to the notice of the recruitment network of state institutions.

2. Object: According to the ratio of qualified written test scores from high to low, 1:3 (excluding those who are exempt from the written test and those who graduated from Nansha at public expense in 2023), the qualification examiners will be determined.

If the above ratio is not reached, all the actual qualified personnel in this position will enter the qualification examination.

3. Matters related to qualification examination:

(1) For the supporting materials required for qualification examination, please refer to the Catalogue of Teacher Qualification Examination Prepared by the First Batch of Open Recruitment in 2023 by Nansha District Education Bureau of Guangzhou (Annex 2).

(2) In the qualification examination, if the original documents cannot be provided as required, the documents do not meet the conditions for entering the examination, or the qualification examination is not accepted within the specified time, it will be regarded as unqualified in the examination and may not participate in the interview. It can be replenished in turn according to the level of written test scores.

(3) The materials submitted by the applicants must be true, accurate and effective, and consistent with the information filled in the application form.

In any link, if the applicant is found to be unqualified, concealed or falsified, once verified, it will not be hired.

(6) Interview

1. Time, place and method: the details shall be subject to the notice of the recruitment website of the state institution.

2. Object: Applicants who have passed the qualification examination.

3. The interview is conducted in the form of no student lectures and structured questions and answers; The full score of the interview is 100, which is calculated into the comprehensive score according to 70% conversion, and the qualified score is 60 points. You must reach the qualified score to qualify for the next stage.

The interview results shall be rounded to two decimal places, and the candidates shall be informed in writing during this interview, and signed by the candidates for confirmation.

If the applicant leaves early or refuses to sign the written notice, it shall be deemed to have been notified.

(vii) Overall achievements

The comprehensive score of the exam is synthesized according to the proportion of written test score accounting for 30% and interview score accounting for 70%, and two decimal places are reserved according to rounding, and the qualified score is 60 points. Those who do not reach 60 points will not be hired.

According to the order of comprehensive qualified scores from high to low, the list of medical examiners is determined according to the ratio of 1: 1.

If the comprehensive scores are the same, the subjective scores of the interview and written test will be followed in turn, and those with high scores will enter the physical examination.

(8) Physical examination

The physical examination was organized by the Education Bureau of Nansha District, Guangzhou, and was conducted in a designated hospital.

The physical examination is organized and implemented with reference to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Physical Examination for Open Recruiters in Institutions of Guangdong Province (Trial), and the expenses for the initial physical examination shall be borne by the Education Bureau of Nansha District.

1. The physical examination results shall be subject to those issued by the hospital, and those who pass the physical examination will enter the next link.

2. The hospital suggested that the applicant for reexamination should be reexamined as soon as possible, and the expenses for reexamination should be borne by the applicant.

Applicants who need re-examination cannot make a conclusion of passing the medical examination within one month from the date of re-examination notice, and will not be employed.

3. If there is any doubt about the medical examination results, the applicant may request a re-examination within 3 working days from the date of receiving the notification of the medical examination conclusion, and the re-examination fee shall be borne by the applicant himself.

The applicant is re-examined in the designated hospital after approval, and the re-examination can only be carried out once. The results of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion issued by the hospital.

4. Those who are found by the hospital to be unqualified in medical examination, or those who fail to carry out medical examination on time as required, will not be employed.

(9) Organizing inspection.

Applicants who pass the medical examination enter the organization inspection link.

The inspection was carried out in accordance with the Notice of the Organization Department of Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and guangdong provincial department of human resources and social security on Printing and Distributing (Guangdong People's Social Development [2010] No.276).

Four. Employment and related treatment

(2) The employed person is subject to probation, which is included in the employment contract, and is 12 months.
