Accounting continuing education should be attended every year. China's "Regulations on Continuing Education of Accounting Professional and Technical Personnel" stipulates that personnel with accounting professional and technical qualifications should begin to participate in continuing education from the year when they obtained accounting professional and technical qualifications. Persons who do not have the professional and technical qualifications of accounting but engage in accounting work shall begin to participate in continuing education from the year after they engage in accounting work.

Under what circumstances can accounting continuing education be credited: Article 13 of China's Regulations on Continuing Education for Accounting Professionals (Caishui [20 18] 10) points out that those who take the national accounting professional technical qualification examination and other accounting-related examinations will be converted into 90 credits for each pass or admission; Participate in accounting professional meetings, and convert it into 10 credits every day; Participate in the accounting professional degree (degree) education recognized by the national education administrative department, and pass the examination or assessment of a learning course in that year, which will be converted into 90 credits.

Do you need continuing education if you have an accounting certificate but don't work in accounting? Yes, students with accounting qualification certificates but not engaged in accounting work need to attend continuing education. Article 6 of China's "Regulations on Continuing Education for Accounting Professionals" (10 [2065438]) clearly stipulates that personnel with accounting professional and technical qualifications should participate in continuing education from the year when they obtained accounting professional and technical qualifications, and obtain the required credits within the specified time. Personnel who do not have the professional and technical qualifications of accounting but are engaged in accounting work shall begin to participate in continuing education from the year after they are engaged in accounting work, and obtain the required credits within the specified time.
