(2) Training institutions. Commissioned training is conducted by each district. (3) The enrollment majors are primary education, mathematics and applied mathematics, English, physics, geography, biological science, chemistry, musicology, fine arts, physical education and preschool education. For the specific enrollment schools, planned number of students and targeted teaching counties (cities, districts), please refer to the "2022 Enrollment and Training Plan for Local Public-funded Normal Students". The enrollment plan is incorporated into the overall planning of the school and is not issued separately. Second, the enrollment objects and conditions
Applicants are only ordinary high school graduates with household registration in Guangxi, and enrollment is not limited to regions. Cross-city and county (city, district) applications are allowed. Candidates should also meet the following conditions:
(a) loyal to the education of the party and the people, love education, voluntarily apply for directional training of teachers' majors, and ensure that after graduation, they will obey the arrangement of the agreed counties (cities, districts) and teach in rural compulsory education schools (kindergartens) in directional counties (cities, districts) for not less than 6 years.
(2) Being in good health, the physical examination was carried out with reference to the Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities, the Measures for Physical Examination of Applying for Teachers' Qualifications in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the General Standard for Physical Examination of Open Recruiters in Institutions of the Autonomous Region, and the physical examination results were qualified.
(3) Candidates who apply for directional training should participate in the unified college entrance examination in 2022 in our district, and the total score of the college entrance examination should reach the minimum control score of the corresponding batch of college enrollment in 2022 in our district.
(4) Candidates who apply for music, fine arts and sports high school undergraduate majors need to take the corresponding subject examination or physical education college entrance examination of the unified entrance examination for art in ordinary colleges and universities in our region, and the total score of the college entrance examination and the score of the unified entrance examination for art or sports of candidates reach the minimum control score line for the corresponding category admission in 2022.
Three. Admission procedure
(1) Release the orientation training demand plan.
The education department of the autonomous region shall summarize and publish the orientation training needs of relevant counties (cities, districts) and publish the orientation training plan to the society.
(2) Registration and voluntary reporting.
Ordinary high school graduates who have the qualification to enroll four-year undergraduate oriented normal students must fill in the public-funded normal students' major in the column of other types of volunteers approved in advance. Ordinary high school graduates who meet the enrollment plan of three-year normal students must fill in the public-funded normal students' major in local designated training institutions in the pre-approved directional volunteer column of higher vocational colleges. The time and requirements for volunteering shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Autonomous Region Admissions Examination Institute.
(3) admission.
According to the enrollment policy and directional enrollment plan, according to the college entrance examination results and candidates' wishes, the training school selects the best candidates from high scores to low scores. Candidates who apply for public-funded orientation training can't quit, transfer or change their majors after admission, otherwise they will be disqualified for admission that year.
(4) sign an agreement.
1. Normal students sign agreements with training institutions, targeted county (city, district) education bureaus and human resources and social security bureaus before entering school. The agreement on the training plan for local publicly-funded normal students (hereinafter referred to as the agreement) is jointly formulated by the Education Department of the autonomous region, the Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Finance Department and the Party Committee of the autonomous region, and printed by the training institution.
2. The training institution will send the "Agreement" together with the "Admission Notice" of our school to the candidates who have been admitted as directional normal students. Candidates hold the admission notice and the "Agreement" signed by the candidates themselves and their guardians, and report for admission according to the time and requirements stipulated by the school. If no agreement is signed, the admission qualification will be cancelled.
3. The training institution will mail or deliver the concise registration form, the enrollment situation of targeted normal students and the agreement to the Education Bureau of targeted counties (cities, districts).
4. After receiving the Agreement, the Education Bureau of the targeted county (city, district) shall be signed and stamped by the legal representative or client of the local Education Bureau and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and sent back to the enrollment department of the training institution in time.
(5) Examination and filing.
Training institutions will review the admission qualifications of orientation normal freshmen within one month, and put on record the qualified admission list. Those who fail to pass the re-examination shall be dealt with by the training institutions in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the autonomous region, and will no longer be the training objects of directional normal students.
Fourth, training methods.
(A) the form of culture. Education is divided into two levels: undergraduate and junior college. The starting point of high school is four years and the starting point of high school is three years. Training institutions should combine the reality of education and teaching, formulate special talent training programs around training objectives, strengthen teaching management, and ensure the quality of training.
(2) Student status management. Normal students at the starting point of high school are managed with reference to the management methods of student status in ordinary colleges and universities. Strengthen the dynamic management of student status. After the end of the second academic year, the training institution will conduct a mid-term assessment of the oriented normal students. Those who fail the examination are disqualified.

(a) directional normal graduates have obtained college (undergraduate) graduation certificates and corresponding teacher qualification certificates, and the directional counties (cities, districts) organize special recruitment, organize physical examination according to the standards and requirements of civil service recruitment, and arrange employment according to the agreement after passing the examination and physical examination. Directional normal graduates who fail to pass the examination or physical examination should terminate the agreement, return the public education expenses enjoyed by the training institutions, and re-choose their jobs.
(2) Normal students are generally not allowed to apply for other full-time academic education before graduation and during the service period stipulated in the agreement. If the directional training agreement is not fulfilled upon graduation, the public education fees enjoyed by the training institutions shall be refunded according to the regulations, and the liquidated damages shall be compensated. Its breach of contract shall be recorded in personnel files and social credit system and published. All localities give continuing education, promotion of professional titles, evaluation and other preferential treatment to graduates of normal colleges who have expired their service.
(three) directional normal students are exempt from tuition, accommodation and living expenses during their study in school, and the required funds are arranged by the autonomous region at the same level. When arranging all kinds of scholarships in the state and autonomous regions, the training objects enjoy the same treatment as similar students.
(four) after the orientation of normal graduates to the teaching post, the relevant city and county (city, district) institutions, human resources and social security departments should handle the relevant recruitment procedures in a timely manner according to the regulations.
Work requirements of intransitive verbs
(A) Directional enrollment of normal students is an important link in the implementation of the local public-funded training plan for normal students. All localities and schools should attach great importance to it, carefully organize it, do a good job in policy propaganda, guide and support outstanding junior high school and high school graduates to apply for oriented normal students, and encourage outstanding talents to actively participate in education.
(2) The relevant county (city, district) Education Bureau should actively coordinate with the local human resources and social security bureau, earnestly do a good job in signing agreements between candidates and the county (city, district) Education Bureau and the human resources and social security bureau, and ensure that the agreements signed by the county Education Bureau and the human resources and social security bureau are sent to training institutions within the specified time.
(three) the relevant training institutions should strictly follow the prescribed procedures, standards and time, and earnestly do a good job in the enrollment of directional normal students. Take effective measures to ensure that the enrollment procedures are standardized, fair and just. Once the violation of rules and regulations is verified, the admission qualification of normal students will be cancelled, and the responsibility of relevant staff and unit leaders will be investigated according to the law.

Normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education shall, according to the relevant policies of the state, formulate specific measures for the entry and exit of normal students at public expense during their school days. Excellent students who are interested in teaching and meet the requirements of non-normal majors can be transferred to normal majors within two years approved by the Ministry of Education and the school at public expense, and an agreement is signed. The school will refund tuition and accommodation fees according to relevant standards and reissue cost of living allowance. Normal students at public expense can choose the second major within the scope of normal majors according to the methods and procedures stipulated by their schools. For normal students who are not suitable for public teaching after admission, the tuition, accommodation and living allowance they have enjoyed during the admission 1 year will be refunded, and they will be adjusted to non-normal majors that meet the admission conditions according to the results of the college entrance examination in that year.

The agreement on free education for normal students is signed by the affiliated normal university and the provincial education administrative department of the province where the students are located, clarifying the rights and obligations of the three parties. After graduation, normal students at public expense generally return to primary and secondary schools in their native provinces to teach, and promise to engage in primary and secondary education for more than 6 years. Normal students who work in urban schools at public expense should teach in rural compulsory education schools for at least 1 year. The state encourages public-funded normal students to teach for a long time and for life.
