Alice, an American clinical psychologist, believes that "cognitive disorder is the root of all personality disorders". For this reason, he founded "cognitive therapy" as the fundamental method to prevent and eliminate personality disorder, emphasizing the need to strengthen cognition, help people establish real inner rational concepts, and form firm cognitive beliefs and cognitive norms, which is the foundation to solve personality disorder. Therefore, students' rational education and cognitive training should be highly strengthened. Sixth, pay attention to the psychological counseling and training of students with personality defects and help them improve their personality system as soon as possible.
Teachers should give special care and psychological counseling to students with personality defects. They should be given targeted psychological counseling in a clever and witty way.
