On the 23rd, Guangdong Teachers' Education Alliance (hereinafter referred to as "Alliance") was formally established in South China Normal University. This indicates that Guangdong teacher education has formed a docking mechanism between schools, colleges and schools, built a collaborative innovation platform, and formed a mechanism for gathering, integrating, developing and sharing high-quality resources.

Break through the difficulties in the field of teacher education
The inaugural meeting voted to adopt the articles of association of Guangdong Teachers' Education Alliance, and elected the governing unit, vice-chairman unit and chairman unit. South China Normal University was elected as the director unit, and Guangdong Polytechnic Normal College, Hanshan Normal College, Lingnan Normal College, Guangdong Second Normal College, Guangzhou Education Bureau and Shenzhen Education Bureau were elected as deputy directors. Professor Liu Ming, president of South China Normal University, was elected as the chairman.
The Alliance will strive to break through the key points and difficulties in the field of teacher education, produce a batch of high-quality teaching resources, innovate the training mode of normal students, and produce outstanding achievements in basic education research, education and teaching reform in primary and secondary schools, and teacher training for primary and secondary school principals.
The alliance is supported by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education. Zheng Wen, director of the Higher Education Department of Guangdong Provincial Education Department, said that the Provincial Education Department will strongly support the work of the Alliance, formulate relevant policies, and give support in terms of funds and project establishment.

At the meeting, the Letter of Intent of Guangdong Teachers' Education Alliance for Joint Training of Excellent Undergraduate Students and the Memorandum of Guangdong Teachers' Education Alliance for Sharing Online Open Resources were signed.
At the same time, South China Normal University signed the Framework Agreement on Joint Training of Master of Education with Zhaoqing College, Lingnan Teachers College, Hanshan Teachers College and Shaoguan College. Liu Ming said that the master of education will be jointly trained through the special indicators issued by the Provincial Department of Education to meet the needs of some schools that have no training qualifications but have talents and training.
The alliance will be expanded to include primary and secondary school teachers. Liu Ming said: "It is also necessary to bring the majority of primary and secondary schools into this alliance and take the teacher education reform of' grounding gas' further."
Next, the alliance will also promote mutual employment with primary and secondary school teachers and encourage outstanding educators in primary and secondary schools to work as part-time teachers in alliance universities; Encourage professional teachers to exercise in primary and secondary schools or enterprises, and promote teachers of subject teaching theory to go deep into primary and secondary schools to guide teaching reform and teach in primary and secondary schools.
