The center is responsible for managing the multimedia teaching, TV teaching and network teaching and information resources of the whole school, planning and managing the educational technology equipment and facilities of the school, and participating in the design, installation, debugging, maintenance and repair of educational technology facilities; Responsible for providing educational technology training, consultation and service for all teachers; Cooperate with the central work of the school and undertake the shooting and production tasks of various multimedia teaching materials and audio-visual teaching materials; Responsible for the planning and construction of the whole school campus network, scientifically manage the campus network, make full use of network resources, carry out network teaching, and realize information service and exchange inside and outside the school; Responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance and management of the whole school cable TV system; Be fully responsible for the management of the information resources and servers of the whole school website, directly participate in the information construction of the school, and actively and effectively promote the digital campus project led by campus cards.

Through the joint efforts of our center and the relevant departments of the school for many years, 90 multimedia classrooms distributed in four campuses have been built, with a total use area of 1 1538 square meters and seats of 12080, which basically meets the needs of multimedia teaching. After the construction of the first and second phases of the project, the campus network has begun to take shape, covering all offices and most student dormitories in four campuses, with as many as 20,000 information points. At present, the school has realized paperless office. Cable TV has realized the campus network. At the same time, with the joint efforts of the comrades in the center, more than 20 TV teaching materials and TV feature films were produced, of which 75 won provincial and ministerial awards. A total of more than 20 papers/kloc-0 were published, of which nearly 60 won the third prize at the provincial and ministerial levels.

In addition, entrusted by the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC) and authorized by the National Committee for Educational Technology Cooperation, our school has established an educational technology training center; Approved by the Management Information Center of the Ministry of Education, Chang 'an University Training Base, a national information technology and application distance training and education project, was established. Training centers and bases are responsible for educational technology training, consultation and services for faculty and students inside and outside the school.

With the full support of the relevant departments of the school and colleagues in other colleges and universities, our center will make greater efforts to develop itself, so that the work and all aspects of the center can meet the needs of the development of the educational situation as soon as possible and make due contributions to the education and teaching of the school.
