In order to make students feel the meaning and value of life, know the preciousness of life, respect and cherish life, the teaching and research group of Yunfu Mental Health Discipline Center has carefully produced courseware for primary and secondary school students with the theme of life education. The city's primary and secondary school class teachers studied hard and made appropriate adjustments and modifications in light of their own learning situation.
At the same time, some primary and secondary schools have set up special lesson preparation groups to make life education theme class meetings suitable for their schools and students, and actively carry out theme class meetings. In addition, in order to give full play to the psychological education function of the class meeting class and further improve the psychological education ability of the class teacher, a class meeting class competition with the theme of "Health starts from the heart and life blooms because of you" was held.

2. Carry out family education guidance activities and promote home-school collaborative education.
In order to strengthen home-school co-education and give full play to the joint efforts of schools and families in education, during the activity month, all primary and secondary schools combined with the actual situation of their respective schools, relying on family committees and parents' schools, and passed on correct mental health knowledge and scientific family education concepts to parents through parent-teacher conferences, special lectures, tutor salons and letters to parents, so that families and schools can work together to promote students' mental health growth.
3. Carry out psychological sitcom performances on campus.
Campus psychological sitcom is a kind of mental health education activity that students love to see and hear, which is beneficial to students' physical and mental health. Mainly through the performance of students' psychological conflicts, troubles and puzzles in life, study and communication, it can arouse students' resonance, pay attention to students' mental health, make students experience subtle psychological changes, and thus improve students' psychological self-help and helping ability.
