In order to welcome the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, our city began to carry out a large-scale activity of "Civilization and Etiquette Accompany Me" last year, and the whole city took action to set off the activity of "striving to be a civilized citizen", so that the flowers of civilization and etiquette bloomed in every corner of our city. As the base of education and the cradle of talents, the school actively participated in this activity and carried out a variety of activities. I also carried out a series of educational activities according to the age characteristics of the students in my class.

1, learn manners and routines.

The students in our class come from all kinds of sources: some come from towns and some from rural areas; Some are local students, and some are loan students from all over the motherland ... In short, students from all over the motherland get together to form this class. In order to make the class establish a good class spirit, let the children establish a sense of civilization and develop good civilized habits from childhood, I have conducted ideological education for students in combination with the Code of Civilized Etiquette for Primary School Students, the Code of Daily Behavior for Primary School Students and the Code of Conduct for Primary School Students, and explained the contents of the two regulations selectively and pertinently, giving students a perceptual understanding and letting them know what kind of behavior is civilized and what kind of behavior is uncivilized.

2. Read children's songs and learn manners.

In order to strengthen students' normative consciousness and understanding and memory, I also collected new nursery rhymes about civilized manners according to their age characteristics and psychological characteristics, combined with the activity of "singing new nursery rhymes" carried out by the Youth Working Committee of our city, and also compiled some nursery rhymes about civilized manners, so that children can understand civilized manners in reading and put them into action. For example, the new nursery rhymes "A Little", "Good Habits" and so on (choose the word "new nursery rhymes" primary school edition); Self-edited children's song "When the bell rings, students should sit down quickly, with their heads straight, their feet flat and their eyes straight ahead." "When you enter school, don't worry, walk lightly and don't fight." "When I entered school, I wouldn't run around. Seeing the teacher say hello and seeing the classmates say hello early, everyone praised me for being polite. " ……

The reading and strengthening of new nursery rhymes and children's songs will help children to gradually establish a sense of etiquette, but it takes a process of experience and training to really form habits.

3. Experience the training and watch the action.

In order to help children develop good behavior habits, etiquette conventions and norms can't be recited only by mouth, but more importantly, they should be implemented in action to be a truly civilized and polite teenager. I visited experienced old teachers and asked them for advice. Read some educational books and ask experts for advice; Use network information to communicate and discuss with peers; In this process, I found such a "four methods of etiquette training" created according to the age characteristics of junior students:

"Play" training, so that good students can perform behaviors, such as how to bow to the teacher and how to enter the teacher's office politely.

Training in "competition", such as queuing in the form of boys and girls competition, preparing for group competition two minutes before class, and so on.

Train in "listening" and make up a story about students' good behavior for everyone to hear.

Train in the "tree", set up a small example for the students who perform well in the class, and use the power of example to inspire other students.

I applied this "four methods of etiquette training" to my education and teaching, and really received good educational results. Of course, this is only a process of understanding the requirements of the specification, and it must also run through habit cultivation.

4. Set up an evaluation form and strive to be an angel.

Cultivating education needs constant encouragement. According to the age characteristics of students in our class and the content of moral education in our school, I set up an evaluation column of "Strive to be a civilized angel" in our class, which is evaluated once a week and summarized once. At the conclusion, I told my classmates why the students who won the stars were so successful, and called on other students to learn from them and let them know what I should do in the same or similar situations, and how to do it is a manifestation of civilization. At the same time, combined with our school's monthly "civilized class" evaluation activities, students can realize that they are civilized, not only can they get stars, get glory, become "civilized angels", become an example for others to learn, but also win honor for the collective, thus cultivating students' team spirit and establishing team consciousness. Encouraged by striving for stars, the students further developed good civilized habits.

5. Seize the opportunity and carry out training.

The cultivation of students' good civilized habits cannot be achieved overnight, nor can it be accomplished through one education and two activities. This is like a long-term protracted war, which is accompanied by the growth of children from beginning to end, even a person's life. Therefore, the education of children should be implemented not only in various activities, but also in every link of education and teaching and in every detail of life. As long as we seize every opportunity to educate students on civilized manners, we will cultivate civilized angels.

6. Teacher civilization is a real example.

People say that children are the mirrors of parents at home, and I say that students are also the mirrors of schools, so that our teachers' mirrors will show what kind of students there are. I am also a member of the "Civilization and Etiquette Walk with Me" activity in our city. Coupled with the particularity of teaching, I think I should be at the forefront of activities, so I always use the "civilization convention" to check my behavior. As a teacher, I must do what students are asked to do. If students are asked to say hello when they see the teacher, I will put down the teacher's shelf and take the initiative to say hello to the students; Ask students to use polite language, then I will actively use polite language in communication with students. Because I firmly believe that civilized etiquette education is not a slogan, it should be implemented bit by bit in education and teaching. To create a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in education, teachers' noble morality and subtle words and deeds are very important. Students are like a blank sheet of paper, and the teacher is the designer who sketches the blueprint on this blank sheet of paper, and the education of civilization and etiquette is the brush for sketching this blueprint. As teachers, we should not only teach children knowledge, but also teach them how to be civilized people. In this kind of education, teachers must go first.

After nearly half a semester's work, I am glad to see the changes of children: good classroom discipline, good sitting posture, I can listen carefully; You can shout "report" when you enter the office. You don't have to push the door in, just say it when you enter. Seeing that the teacher can take the initiative to salute and say hello ... The school teacher also said that the students have made progress, and I am naturally very happy to see the progress of the children. But I also know that this is only the first step of the long March, which has just begun and needs long-term persistence. As people say, children grow up like a small tree. It needs constant pruning and watering, and only by careful cultivation can it become a useful talent. As an educator, we should trace back to the source and adopt methods suitable for students' characteristics to shape their good behavior.
