Third, institutional measures.
(A) understanding the connotation and changing the teaching concept is the premise of quality education.
The fundamental purpose of quality education is to face all students and improve their basic quality in an all-round way. However, the thought of exam-oriented education for many years is deeply rooted in the hearts of quite a few educators, and the concept of education and teaching must be changed.
(B) people-oriented, improving the quality of teachers is the key to quality education.
The key to implementing quality education lies in building a team of high-quality teachers. In order to improve the overall quality of teachers, the central school takes the following measures:
First, strengthen the construction of cadres and build a serious, professional, diligent and efficient cadre team. First of all, a cadre meeting will be held to concentrate on learning, unify thoughts, and improve principals' and middle-level cadres' awareness of running schools in a standardized way, quality education, scientific management, democracy and harmony, and responsibility. Secondly, the system of competition for posts for middle-level and above cadres should be implemented, and leading cadres should be selected openly and transparently.
The second is to strengthen the construction of teachers' professional ethics and build a team of teachers with excellent ideas and a model. The central school seriously organizes teachers to study the requirements of the Code of Professional Ethics for Primary and Secondary School Teachers and the Ten Prohibitions for Teachers in Zibo, strictly discipline themselves, standardize teachers' words and deeds according to the requirements of the Code, and respect students' personality and self-esteem. At the same time, strengthen moral education exchange, carry out speech activities, establish teachers' morality, enhance teachers' ability and cast teachers' souls.
Third, strive to improve the professional quality of teachers and build a professional, pragmatic and efficient teaching team. ① Consolidate the professional foundation and practice the basic teaching skills. The central school adopts the measures of combining pressure and encouragement to popularize "one word" (Putonghua), practice "three words" (chalk, pen and brush) and consolidate "six ones" (write a distinctive paper, make a high-quality courseware, design a high-quality teaching plan, teach a high-quality class, organize an excellent test question and form a mature reflection). ② Strengthen the implementation of teaching routine and pay close attention to collective lesson preparation. The central school holds a meeting of principals and teaching directors, and puts forward specific requirements for preparing lessons, attending lectures, homework, evaluation, counseling and evaluating classes. The guidance office of the central school conducts two inspections every semester, carries out excellent teaching plans and excellent homework exhibition and evaluation activities, and implements teaching routines. In addition, the guidance office of the central school organizes two classes to meet the standards (open classes in the school) and selects high-quality courses in various subjects every semester (before and after the mid-term) to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.
(3) Facing students and promoting their all-round development is the purpose of quality education.
The connotation of quality education is to face all students, all aspects of students, and develop students' specialties.
1. Establish a new quality-oriented evaluation system. In primary and secondary schools in the town, the daily examination is evaluated without scoring, and the evaluation method of combining students' academic performance with their growth records is implemented. Establish a comprehensive and dynamic growth file for each student, which fully reflects the growth process of students and the achievement system (excellent, good, passing, etc.). ) is implemented to actively promote the all-round development of students.
2. All-round development of all students. In order to improve the comprehensive quality of all students, the central school put forward the goal of "all-round development students, all-round development students" In order to implement this goal, the central school requires: ① All teachers of all grades are required by each school to determine a clear target of assistance, sign a responsibility contract with the school, and formulate specific plans and measures. (4) Managing education according to law and establishing a sound system are the guarantee of quality education.
