The training plan for local public-funded normal students in Henan Province is implemented in four categories, and the enrollment types and institutions are as follows:

As "subject teachers", there are Xinyang Normal University, Luoyang Normal University, nanyang normal College, anyang normal College, zhoukou normal university and Shangqiu Normal University that undertake the task of directional enrollment of local public-funded normal students.

(C) "Primary General Medicine" local public-funded normal students

Jiaozuo Normal University is the institution that undertakes the task of directional enrollment of local public-funded normal students for "general practice in primary schools".

(D) "special education" local public-funded normal students

Zhengzhou Normal University is a university that undertakes the task of directional enrollment of local public-funded normal students in "special education" in 20021year.
