If there is no point in living?
If you feel that living is meaningless, then find the meaning of living.

Parents with body hair should not give up this harm.

Never die.

Read Hemingway's biography as "the soul of the 20th century literary world". The author wrote Hemingway's life in hundreds of thousands of words, ending with a few simple words:

"He (Hemingway) loaded two bullets, carefully put the butt of the gun on the ground, leaned forward, put the gun on his forehead above his eyebrows, and then pulled the trigger."

What a terrible scene! The powerful explosive force of that double-barreled shotgun must have blown off half Hemingway's head.

Reminds me of the great painter Van Gogh. His suicide was also tragic. He not only shot himself in the stomach, but also cut off his ear before he died.

A Japanese writer who won Kawabata Yasunari Literature Prize committed suicide with a gas pipe in his mouth. To make matters worse, Yukio Mishima died by caesarean section; Anyone who has a caesarean section must ask a "middleman" to cut off his head, so Mishima's death is "beheading".

Why do you want to die?

They are all accomplished people. Why bother to die? Do they end their lives because they feel that their "creation and life" have come to an end, their contribution to the world has been lost, and it is meaningless to live?

If so, I still have some understanding. The question is, why did so many young children commit suicide?

Do they also feel that their contribution to the world has been completed? Where are their contributions? I only know that they were taken care of by their parents, which cost them a lot of money and sweat, leaving everyone with infinite sadness. Where are their contributions?

Is it because they are too taken care of? They don't have to earn money to support their families, worry about unemployment, or even wash dishes and sweep the floor. They were told again and again, "You don't have to do anything, just study hard and get into a good school."

Now I understand! They committed suicide in the same way as Hemingway, but in the opposite way. Hemingway may feel that he can't contribute anything, and there is no point in living. They don't know what to contribute, so there is no point in living.

My own relative's child, in junior high school, jumped off the overpass and died. The reason has always been a mystery. I hope this kind of incident will happen less.

Death is something that human beings will face sooner or later, so why worry?

About one-third of people have thought of suicide, and women are more likely to try to commit suicide, while men have the highest success rate; More than 90% successful suicides were diagnosed with mental illness at the time of death, especially depression, alcohol addiction, drug addiction, emotional psychosis and schizophrenia. Physical illness and other factors such as widowhood, living alone, financial difficulties or unemployment, and difficulties in life will increase the risk of suicide.

Many people think that only diseases of body organs are diseases, and mental health is often ignored. In fact, only people who are physically and mentally healthy can be called "healthy" people.

Don't ignore your psychological problems, care about your relatives and friends, don't wait until they have a serious functional disease to think of a doctor, and don't wait until they give up their lives to regret it. From now on, be a mentally healthy person.

First, the seriousness of suicide in the United States.

Suicide is currently the eighth leading cause of death in the United States, killing more than 30 thousand Americans every year. Between 1952 and 1995, the suicide rate of teenagers and young adults increased nearly three times. Every 17 minutes, a life dies of suicide. Every day, 86 Americans take their own lives, and more than 1500 people try to commit suicide. At present, the number of suicides is twice that of deaths from AIDS. In the United States, for every two people killed by killers, three people died of suicide.

More than half of the people who commit suicide are adult men, aged between 25 and 65. Men are four times more likely to die of suicide than women. More teenagers and young people die of suicide than those who die of cancer, heart disease, AIDS, birth defects, stroke, pneumonia and flu, and chronic lung disease. One month before suicide, 75% of the elderly saw a doctor. Many people who try to commit suicide never seek professional help when they have an immediate attempt.

Second, the national suicide prevention strategy of the United States

American national suicide prevention and control strategy is a catalyst for changing society, which has the power to change attitudes, policies and services. It reflects a comprehensive and comprehensive method to reduce the loss and pain caused by suicide and suicidal behavior, and represents the joint efforts of advocates, clinicians, researchers and survivors. The National Strategy shows a practical framework and leads the development of a series of services and programs to be implemented. It is committed to updating and guiding social infrastructure.

This national strategy for suicide prevention represents a reasonable and organized way to arrange intervention efforts and ensure that they are effective. It was not until recent decades that public health methods for preventing and treating suicide appeared, so we had a clear understanding of the biological and social psychological factors that contributed to suicide. Its five basic steps are: clearly define the problem; Know the risk factors and protective factors; Develop and test intervention strategies; Implement intervention strategies; And evaluate its effectiveness.

The national strategy requires different organizations and individuals to participate in suicide prevention and control, and emphasizes the coordination of resources and the provision of cultural services to all levels of government-federal, state, ethnic, community-and the private sector. NSSP represents the first attempt in the United States to prevent suicide through this coordinated approach.

The goals and objectives of these actions include a set of 1 1 goals and 68 goals, and provide a blueprint for the actions. The next step of the national strategy will provide detailed plans, including specific activities for each of the 68 goals.

Third, the direction of national strategy.

1. Prevent people from committing suicide in their lifetime, leading to premature death.

2. Reduce the probability of other suicidal behaviors.

3. Reduce the harmful consequences related to suicide and the traumatic impact of suicide on family and friends.
