Comparative material analysis of discipline and style rectification —— Since I launched discipline and style rectification education activities, I have rectified the overall arrangement of education activities according to discipline and style, and the spirit of the discipline and style rectification education mobilization meeting held by the county bureau. After the last stage of study and education, I have a deeper understanding of discipline and style rectification education and a further understanding of my own problems. First, the main problems and deficiencies

You don't analyze the problem in depth, and sometimes you regard work as a burden. You haven't noticed that the improvement of working methods will bring motivation to your work.
Third, self-improvement measures

Second, the awareness of work innovation is not strong enough, and the working methods are too simple. The method of dealing with things is relatively simple, without innovative spirit, the work style is not solid enough, the analysis of problems is not deep, the thinking is not deep, and sometimes the work is regarded as a burden. If we don't go deep into the grassroots, the masses, and the reality, and take the old road of procedure, personality is the lack of advanced regional spirit of bold reform and being the first.
Third, the self-demand is not strict and the initiative is not advanced enough. In theoretical study, we did not adhere to the principle of integrating theory with practice, did not analyze the causes of problems with scientific ideas in time, and did not correct the deviation of subjective understanding in time. I am only satisfied with doing my job well and completing my own goals and tasks, and I don't think enough about the overall work and problems. Lack of work intention, initiative and enterprising spirit, lack of strong sense of leadership service, often in a passive service state, obeying orders to perform tasks, unable to think about problems and solve contradictions from a global perspective, and the role of staff assistants is not good enough.
Third, make clear the key points and make rectification with heart.
