The professional ethics of preschool teachers must love preschool education, love and respect children, have noble moral quality, care for the collective, unite and help each other, and correctly handle the relationship between leaders and parents.
Our preschool education is the education of "love", and the demand of "love" is one of the most basic needs of children. As a teacher in the new century, to strengthen the construction of professional ethics, we must first love our jobs, our choices, our careers and our students. As a preschool teacher with 8 years' teaching experience and still working in the front line, I talk about how to strengthen the construction of professional ethics based on my own work practice.
I think we should do the following:
First, strengthen theoretical study and enrich professional knowledge.
As a teacher, no matter how complicated and busy the usual work is, you should calm down and keep learning and improving, learn the most cutting-edge education and teaching concepts, master new education and teaching methods and improve your knowledge level. For our teachers, lifelong learning is one of our best ways of development. Teachers should keep self-motivated, self-motivated, self-motivated, hone their perseverance and set up educational and teaching goals. Only by constantly strengthening their study and cultivation can they keep their youthful vitality and keep up with the times. As the saying goes, "a knife will rust if it is not sharpened, and a person will fall behind if he does not learn."
Second, study business knowledge hard and improve teaching ability.
Teachers should have a high sense of responsibility and dedication in their usual education and teaching work; Accomplish all tasks with a diligent and solid attitude, actively participate in various lectures, teaching and research activities, teacher training and learn the teaching methods of famous teachers inside and outside the school, improve teaching ability, and make yourself reach a new level in the process of teachers' professional development.
Third, be brave in practice and enhance emotional experience.
The purpose of teachers' professional ethics training is to form good professional ethics quality and improve teachers' educational practice ability. Teachers' practice is also the purpose and destination of teachers' professional ethics training. Teachers should not only distinguish right from wrong through theoretical study, but also practice it. The cultivation of teachers' moral quality is not achieved overnight, but is constantly recognized, improved and perfected in educational practice. In trivial daily teaching, teachers need patience and confidence to educate students, light the flame of hope for children, encourage children to make progress, and carefully discover the trends of students' thoughts and behaviors. Understand the development law of students' physiology and psychology, find out the best way to solve problems and ensure the efficiency of learning.
Fourth, be open-minded and eager to learn, unite and cooperate. Learn from excellent teachers with an open mind. The educational practice and advanced deeds of excellent teachers vividly reflect the characteristics of teachers' morality in the new period and are the concretization of teachers' professional ethics theory.
The Code of Professional Ethics for Primary and Secondary School Teachers requires teachers to strengthen unity and cooperation, which is very necessary. The unity and cooperation between teachers is also a good way to cultivate teachers' morality and an example for students to learn. Only in this way can the gap and distance between teachers and students be broken, the relationship between teachers and students can be harmonious and democratic, and morality can be truly implemented.
In a word, if teachers want to have good professional ethics, they must make clear the requirements of teachers' professional ethics, strengthen self-cultivation, increase moral awareness through self-cultivation, enrich moral feelings, establish moral ideals and beliefs, strengthen moral will, and make moral behavior choices in practice. Only in this way can we continuously improve the quality of teachers' ethics and become noble people's teachers.
