Zhicheng College of Fuzhou University was established in July 2003 with the approval of the Ministry of Education and Fuzhou University as the main body. It is an institution of higher learning that implements full-time undergraduate education.
The college's disciplines cover leading industries, strategic emerging industries and traditional industries in Fujian Province, and become an applied comprehensive university with coordinated development of science, economics, management and literature.
