The purpose and significance of "youth convergence";
There are obvious differences between preschool education and primary education in educational objectives, tasks, contents, forms and methods. Therefore, kindergartens and primary schools are forming and adhering to their own educational and teaching characteristics and models. Many children graduate from kindergarten and enter primary school, but they have no or insufficient experience preparation for the transition to primary school.
In the new living and learning environment, they immediately feel the great pressure from all sides that they have never experienced before, and many children have great difficulties in adapting to the new living and learning environment physically and mentally. As a result, their cognitive interest is rapidly declining, and their self-esteem and self-confidence are weakening. Therefore, in view of the "disconnection" phenomenon in current education and teaching.
Our kindergarten class allows children to carry out some suitable activities in the large class stage, so that children can have a good transition between kindergarten and primary school. At the same time, parents can actively participate in activities, understand the purpose and significance of activities, and really help children complete the key process in life through home cooperation.
1, cultivate children's learning ability.
(1) appropriately extend the time of group activities. Primary school class lasts for 40 minutes, which is more static and inactive than kindergarten, and requires strict classroom discipline. Therefore, it takes 40 minutes to enter primary school from kindergarten, which is undoubtedly a severe test for many first-grade primary school students. Many children's yearning for primary school life turned into a beautiful bubble at this time, and their hearts began to be disappointed.
In order to alleviate this situation, kindergartens have appropriately extended the arrangement of group activities. Last semester, the large class group activities remained unchanged, and the next semester group activities were arranged for about 35 minutes, so that children can be fully prepared psychologically and in terms of time concept. This convergence is very effective.
(2) Get into the habit of finishing tasks on time. Methods: Do some manual or reading homework, and ask parents to help their children finish it on time and help them establish a sense of time.
(3) Training methods to strengthen reading ability: insist on reading activities, including free reading and reading guidance activities. These two activities not only give children the opportunity to freely choose what to read, but also get corresponding guidance. In purposeful and planned reading, reading methods, reading interest and reading ability have been greatly improved.
These abilities directly and effectively promote the development of learning ability. Children who can read like reading, and they can learn more words by reading. People interact with books, and their learning ability and interest grow in interaction. Having such a foundation to enter primary schools has brought great convenience to the study and life of primary schools.
For example, at the beginning of class, I can listen to the teacher's request to correctly understand how to get books, read notices, like literacy activities, read newspapers smoothly, and correctly understand the meaning of questions. Literacy interest, reading ability and understanding ability are obviously stronger than those of illiterate children, and the learning starting point is high. Children insist on taking a book to the park every day to share reading with their children and take it home at night.
(4) Ways to increase literacy: Children in large classes are interested in literacy, and they like to read their own Chinese characters between the lines of stories. So we use audio-visual education activities to play literacy animation to increase children's literacy. I also know Chinese characters through word baby and so on.
(5) Develop the good habit of self-management learning tools. Methods: Through special educational activities (beautiful pencil case, my good friend-schoolbag, etc. ), let children learn how to use and protect learning tools. The important aspect is to let children manage their own things with school bags, pencil boxes and other learning tools.
Primary school students have the responsibility to let their children know the order of putting learning tools in their schoolbags, teach them the general skills of sorting schoolbags and teach them how to take care of books. .
(6) Good habit of reading and writing correctly. Methods: Special educational activities were carried out to help children develop good habits of correct reading (reading posture and eye problems), correct pen holding and writing.
2. Cultivate children's good living habits.
(1) Observe the schedule of the kindergarten. Methods: Carry out activities to let children know the significance of observing the schedule of work and rest, and gradually understand their schedule of work and rest in kindergarten, so as to guide children to gradually keep their attention stable and lasting in group activities, and try to drink water and go to the toilet after activities. Lay the foundation for observing the primary school curriculum.
(2) Cultivate children to get up early. Methods: In different forms and methods, classes encourage children to get up early, take part in morning exercises in kindergartens, carry out parental work, let parents cooperate, and let children adapt to primary school life smoothly.
(3) Do your own thing. Methods: Teachers provide opportunities for children to serve themselves and others, such as dressing themselves, sorting out books and toys, cleaning their desks, actively participating in students' activities on duty and managing their own clothes. Parents are also required to provide corresponding opportunities in the family to increase their children's living ability.
3. Cultivate children's sports ability. Methods: Encourage children to actively participate in morning exercises and outdoor activities in kindergartens, so as to enhance their physique. Encourage young children not to ask for leave casually.
4. Parents should cultivate their children's psychological adaptability. Such as: children's learning awareness, study habits, children's work and rest time, children's various life abilities (self-management, communication with people, coping with emergencies, safety awareness, etc. ), the child's psychological quality, etc. Parents should also encourage their children to develop the good habit of going to bed early and getting up early, and make full psychological preparations for their children to enter school life smoothly.
