Last August, the Wuyingshan Sub-district Office where I was located also welcomed the inspection. In September this year, I was stationed in other units as a member of the inspection team. The exchange of roles between inspection and inspection has made me know more about my work. In the past, I paid more attention to the part, and I was satisfied with completing my personal tasks. On the basis of my previous work, I also have some plans for the next two months. The first is to improve the position and take responsibility. It is necessary to deeply understand the connotation of inspection work, adhere to the guidance of political inspection, and face up to contradictions. The purpose of the patrol is to find problems, form a shock, and urge party member cadres to make fewer mistakes, which is a concern and love for party member cadres. The second is rigorous and meticulous. In the specific work, we must start from the details, follow the track, see the essence through the phenomenon, and develop a serious and dedicated, rigorous and meticulous work style. Take the initiative to attack on the basis of regular conversations and archives, innovate ways and means, broaden the channels of problems, and always maintain the sensitivity and insight of finding problems. Third, reverse thinking promotes a win-win situation. In the face of inspections, some inspected units are resistant, vigilant and have various misunderstandings. This requires us to study more, study hard, study deeply, constantly improve our policy grasp ability and comprehensive analysis ability, and become inspection experts. Especially as a working young man, this investigation is a very rare learning opportunity for me. The inspection work should be "meticulous". Political inspection is a "political physical examination" of grass-roots party organizations. As patrol cadres, we should focus on the problems existing in the strict management of the party by grass-roots party organizations in an all-round way and become a "sight" and a "magnifying glass" good at finding problems. In this inspection, the comrades in the group dared to be "more true" to themselves, meticulous clues, and never let go of any clues. They can grasp the details, follow the trail, seize valuable information and clues, carefully analyze and judge, eliminate all kinds of interference, and realistically reflect the existing problems to the inspected party organizations.
The inspection work should be "meticulous". The inspection report is the comprehensive embodiment of the inspection results, and carefully writing the inspection report is an important part of the inspection work. It is necessary to objectively and accurately reflect the real situation of the party organization of the inspected unit, and the problems reflected should be carefully selected. If you are not sure, you can't qualitatively distort the facts without authorization; The problems reflected should be supported by typical examples, so as to be well-founded and stand the test of history. When writing the report, we adopt the methods of individual report, expert analysis and collective discussion, so that every comrade in the group can express his opinions and put forward some opinions worth discussing, and then weigh, compare and modify them. By repeatedly checking the collected certification materials, verify with the inspected unit, and report again after revision to ensure that the report can withstand scrutiny and accurately reflect the facts.
Through this investigation, I have strengthened my knowledge reserve in discipline inspection, party building and finance, and strengthened my careful, diligent and responsible work attitude. In my future work and life, I will continue to strictly demand myself by the standards of patrolling international soldiers and be a qualified cadre in party member.

During the tour, I gained a lot, and I also had some thoughts and experiences about the tour. Patrol is an important measure to strengthen inner-party supervision, and four urgent needs are needed to do a good job of patrol.
The urgent need to improve political status. Patrol work is a political and serious work. Patrol personnel should improve their political positions and make accurate portraits of the inspected units. First, inspectors should improve their political awareness. The patrol team was formed temporarily. If some personnel's political awareness and professional quality are not strong, the performance of inspection work can not be fully reflected. Second, inspectors should improve the "four consciousnesses" and have the overall situation. Don't feel that you can't look for problems in depth because you work in the same area and the same system and are influenced by "the idea of good people" and "the social relationship of acquaintances", which leads to the problems found in the inspection being "superficial", not in-depth and inefficient.
The urgent need to improve the professional level. The professional level of inspectors directly affects the quality of inspection work, and the nature of the problem is not accurately judged. In four rounds of inspection, I have worked with inspectors with high professional level. The patrol personnel have excellent professional ability and can accurately find problems during the patrol, which truly reflects the significance of political patrol. However, during the inspection, some inspectors are not skilled in business, and the problems found are not in-depth and do not conform to the actual situation, which seriously affects the inspection quality.
The urgent need to improve the quality of the team. Patrol work is a serious political task and political responsibility, with tight time and heavy task. For example, in the eighth round of patrol of the district committee, it will take three months to check the data of party building, finance, minimum living allowance, five guarantees, poverty alleviation, renovation of dilapidated buildings and engineering projects in towns and villages with more than three years and more than six years 10, and the inspectors need to devote themselves to their work before they can find out the problems. However, in the actual inspection process, some team members can't be completely decoupled from the original unit and can't devote themselves wholeheartedly to the inspection work, which leads to the inspection work not being carried out according to the time node when the inspection plan is formulated, which leads to "step by step" and affects the inspection quality.
The urgent need to improve professional quality. The work style of inspectors directly affects the inspection effect. The inspection team was formed temporarily. If some personnel have weak political awareness and floating work style, the effect of inspection work will not be fully reflected. If a few people don't realize the seriousness of the inspection work, can't strictly abide by the work discipline, and the work style floats, it will not only affect the quality of the inspection work, but also easily cause bad influence in the inspected units. This requires inspectors to correct their work attitude, strengthen their work style, improve their professional quality and do a good job in inspection.
