Standard for audio-visual education equipment in primary and secondary schools and secondary normal schools
Article 1 This standard is formulated in order to strengthen the audio-visual education in primary and secondary schools and secondary normal schools, improve the teaching quality and promote the development of education. Second primary and secondary schools and secondary normal schools equipped with audio-visual education equipment standards are:

(a) primary schools according to the "primary audio-visual education equipment equipped with standards";

(two) ordinary middle schools (including junior high schools, senior high schools and complete middle schools) are equipped according to the "Standards for Audio-visual Education Equipment in Middle Schools";

(three) the secondary normal school according to the "secondary normal school audio-visual education equipment equipped with standards". Third township (town) central primary schools and junior high schools equipped with audio-visual education equipment, generally not less than the corresponding second-class equipment standards. Article 4 Audio-visual education equipment in vocational middle schools and secondary specialized schools shall be equipped in accordance with this standard, and shall not be lower than the second-class equipment standard in middle schools. Schools can equip themselves with audio-visual teaching equipment according to the special needs of offering professional courses. Article 5 The equipment of audio-visual education in pre-school normal schools and continuing education schools shall refer to the equipment standards of secondary normal schools. Sixth local education administrative departments shall, in accordance with the principle of overall planning and step-by-step implementation, equip schools with audio-visual education equipment to carry out audio-visual teaching. Article 7 The investment and recurrent funds for the construction of equipment and facilities for audio-visual education in schools shall be included in the local financial budget, and the development of audio-visual education shall be included in the plan of raising educational funds through multiple channels and improving school conditions, which shall be properly solved according to the local financial situation. Eighth education administrative departments at all levels and schools should take measures to strengthen the management of audio-visual education equipment in schools, do a good job in supporting audio-visual education software, and give full play to the benefits of audio-visual education equipment. Article 9 The education administrative departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government may formulate specific standards and organize their implementation according to local conditions in light of these standards and local conditions. Article 10 The State Education Commission shall be responsible for the interpretation of this standard.

Description:

1, each school is equipped with 18 classes, which can be increased or decreased according to the school size, and the figures in brackets are the matching amount.

2. According to the different conditions of each school, the number of facilities can be divided into three schemes: schools with good school conditions in all aspects are equipped according to scheme 1, ordinary schools are equipped according to scheme 2, and other schools are temporarily equipped according to scheme 3.

Description:

1, this standard is divided into two parts: audio-visual teaching equipment and audio-visual teaching experimental equipment. Where the audio-visual teaching means training schools, can refer to the audio-visual experimental equipment.

2, equipped with the number of 24 classes per school (40 students per class) calculation, the country can increase or decrease according to the size of the school, the number of people in brackets for the matching amount. The group experiment takes two students as a group.
