The forms of community health education are briefly described. Because community residents come from different cultural classes, community nursing health education should be carried out in different forms. Its main forms are:

1. Language education form: Language education form is one of the simplest and most effective common methods in practical application. Generally divided into individual education and group education.

2. Forms of character education: The forms of character education can be varied, such as slogans, leaflets, textbooks, pamphlets, newspapers, wall newspapers and blackboard newspapers.

3. Image education forms: Image education forms include drama, film, television, video, exhibition, etc.

4. Audio-visual education forms: Audio-visual education forms include broadcasting medical education network, assembly, broadcasting and recording.

The above forms of community health education have their own advantages and disadvantages in practical application. For example, group education is relatively organized and generally suitable for large and small groups, but the education target is passive and the feedback is relatively limited; Individual education is more targeted and easy to receive feedback, but it is only suitable for small-scale health education. Therefore, when developing community health education, we must be flexible and choose the appropriate education form.
