Continuing education teaching system
1. Required courses include the following contents
Laws, regulations and policies related to engineering construction
Professional Ethics and Honesty System of Registered Architects
New theories, methods, technologies and processes of construction project management.
Case analysis of construction project management.
2. Elective course content: the relevant knowledge of construction project management that the provincial housing and urban-rural construction authorities think the second-level constructor needs to supplement.
The road of continuing education
1. Registered professional construction engineers shall participate in continuing education for no less than 120 hours within the validity period of each registration, including 60 hours for compulsory courses and 60 hours for elective courses. Registered two or more majors, each additional major should also participate in 60 hours of continuing education in the added major, including 30 hours of compulsory courses and 30 hours of elective courses.
2. Registered architects who engage in the following work in each registration period and obtain corresponding certificates can offset part of the hours of continuing education elective courses. During each registration period, the cumulative hours of offset continuing education elective courses shall not exceed 60 hours.
Participate in the compilation and proposition work of the national professional qualification examination outline for construction engineers, counting 20 hours each time,
Engaged in the compilation of teaching materials for continuing education of registered architects, counting 20 hours each time,
For publishing academic papers on construction project management in publicly issued provincial and ministerial periodicals, the first author has each 10 class hour, and for publishing special teaching materials with more than 50,000 words, the first and second authors have each 20 class hours.
3. The continuing education of registered architects is mainly based on face-to-face teaching, and at the same time, the online education lead department or the provincial housing and urban construction department will report the management measures and work plan to the the State Council housing and urban construction department for review, and be responsible for the training quality of online education.
4. The certificate of continuing education for registered architects obtained after completing the required class hours and passing the examination is an important basis for the architect to apply for registration.
Methods and procedures of continuing education for second-level builders
Choose the training institution first, you can choose it on the website of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and then pay the money to report according to the agreed time.
Second, after the report, get the "continuing education and training knowledge that students need to know" and "course arrangement", and have an overall understanding and arrangement for the six-day training.
Third, according to the course requirements, attend classes at designated places on time every day. The teachers attending the class are all professors and lecturers of the school. Key points: 1. Frontier theory and development of construction engineering management, II. New standards and codes for building engineering. New construction engineering laws and regulations. Responsibility and professional ethics of builders. Comparison of Chinese and foreign architectural legal systems. Professional technology of construction engineering. There are six courses and two textbooks. Generally speaking, after listening to all the courses, I gained a lot.
Fourth, an important step is to attend classes every day, accounting for 30% of the required courses, but if you are absent for more than a certain period of time, you will be directly classified as failing.
Fifth, the final exam, which accounts for 60% of the required course scores, needs to be taken seriously and the topic is relatively simple.
