It takes patience to tame a kitten.
You can't force the kitten. When the kitten is around you, your weapon is to give it patience and positive rewards, so that the kitten will associate you with a pleasant experience.
For example, when you are lying on the floor watching TV, put one or two snacks in your hand or pocket. Lying posture makes you less threatening, and curious kittens will approach you. Throwing a snack on the ground rewards the kitten's bold behavior, which helps it connect people with delicious snacks and makes it more willing to approach people in the future.
If the cat does something you don't like, just ignore it.
Usually, cats bark or scratch at the door to get your attention. If it doesn't work, the cat will soon give up this practice.
Reward delicious snacks.
Most cats have "essential" snacks. If your kitten doesn't respond well to the stimulation of food, let it try a variety of foods to see which one suits its appetite better.
Don't punish the kitten.
Punishing the kitten seems to be some progress, but it will make it more cunning. For example, a kitten pees on the carpet in the middle of the living room. If you punish or threaten it, it will associate punishment with you, not with peeing on the carpet. So that the kitten will be careful not to pee in front of you in the future.
This will also backfire, because kittens are more likely to find a place to hide and pee, or they are afraid of you and don't want to use the litter box when you are present.
Provide plenty of space for cats.
It's no use threatening a kitten if she always crawls on the kitchen counter to watch it or goes where she shouldn't go. This will only make it afraid of you. You should put a table or stool nearby, or put some catnip or snacks on it, so that the kitten can jump on it and observe the whole area from above.
Let the kitten know that this is its territory. If it jumps on the kitchen counter again, take it back to the stool.
Play with kittens regularly.
In order to prevent kittens from being emotional, exercise and feeding can be combined. Before each feeding, stimulate the kitten's hunting instinct by playing with ropes, belts, laser lights or other favorite toys. This is an important part of cats' daily life. Without this part, they will become emotional or overexcited.
Take out the toy, let the kitten jump around in the air, run around, and then let it grab the toy and start eating. Usually, after eating, cats will groom their hair and then go to bed. Play for at least 20 minutes every day, or play until the kitten stops.
