The exposure draft also stipulates that the circumstances of academic misconduct are serious: causing adverse effects; There is interest transfer or interest exchange; Take revenge on informants; Organizing and implementing academic misconduct; He has repeatedly committed academic misconduct.
Institutions of higher learning should, according to the conclusions and suggestions of academic committees, combine the nature and seriousness of acts, and make the following treatments or suggestions to those responsible for academic misconduct in accordance with their functions and powers and prescribed procedures: informed criticism; Termination or revocation of relevant scientific research projects, revocation of academic awards and honorary titles, and cancellation of application qualifications within a certain period of time; Warning, demerit; Downgrading professional and technical posts and revoking professional and technical posts or administrative posts; Dismissal or expulsion; Other treatment measures stipulated by laws, regulations and rules.
Students who have academic misconduct should also be given corresponding school registration punishment in accordance with the relevant provisions on student management; If academic misconduct is directly related to obtaining a degree, the degree may be suspended, not granted or revoked according to law.
