First of all, important tips

(1) Candidates are requested to read this announcement carefully before applying for the exam, and then perform the registration procedures after understanding the relevant requirements.

(2) Candidates must register themselves through the online registration system of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination, conduct on-site audit at the audit point and confirm their signatures, and be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the information reported. If the interview, confirmation and other follow-up links cannot be completed due to my incorrect information, fraud or non-compliance with the registration conditions, the candidates will bear the consequences themselves.

(3) At the time of registration, all candidates (including those who have participated in the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination before) are required to register, and the registration operation of candidates who have participated in the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination will not affect their achievements.

(4) Candidates who forget the registration password can be prompted by the registration system, and the registration system will send the new password to the mobile phone provided by the candidates when they register. SMS is an important way for candidates to retrieve their passwords. During the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination, candidates should carefully change their mobile phone numbers.

(5) All subjects in this exam are conducted by paper and pencil.

Iii. Application conditions and requirements 1. Have People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality.

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, and have good ideology and morality.

3. To apply for the kindergarten teacher qualification examination, teachers' graduates should have technical secondary school education in preschool education (see Annex 1 for the list of schools with technical secondary school education in Hebei Province) and above, and non-teachers' graduates should have junior college education or above.

4. To apply for the primary school teacher qualification examination, you should have a college degree or above.

5. To apply for the teacher qualification examination of junior middle schools, senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools, you should have a bachelor's degree or above.

6. To apply for the qualification examination for internship guidance teachers in secondary vocational schools, you should have a college degree or above.

7. Social candidates with household registration or personnel relations in Hebei (one of whom can be in Hebei) apply in the city where the household registration or personnel relations are located (including North China Petroleum Administration Bureau).

8. Students who are qualified to run a school and major in pre-school education at the secondary education level (see Annex 1 for the list) and whose schools are in ordinary colleges and universities in Hebei are enrolled in the city where the schools are located. Students from Hebei University of Technology (Tianjin) who are above Grade Three (including Grade Three) apply in Langfang.

9. Those who have been disqualified as teachers may not apply for the exam within 5 years. Those who are deprived of political rights, or who have received criminal punishment of more than fixed-term imprisonment for intentional crimes, may not sign up for the examination.

Fourth, the registration process

(1) Online Registration

From September 6, 20 16 to June 2, 20 16, candidates log on to the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination network (). After logging in, candidates should register according to the relevant prompts, fill in their personal information, upload their photos, and choose the examination subjects and examination areas. The photo is my bareheaded front color ID photo in recent 6 months, no more than 200K, in jpg/jpeg format, with a white background, showing the candidates' heads and shoulders.

The photos will be used for the admission ticket and the examination certificate. Please choose carefully when uploading photos.

(2) On-site audit

From 201June to September 10 to 14 (8: 30 am-12: 00 pm,14: 00 pm 17: 00 pm), candidates should bring it with them. Candidates who are not confirmed on the spot will have invalid results when they apply for the exam. If the information is found to be wrong during the on-site audit, candidates must log in to the registration system to make changes, and then go back to the audit point for review and confirmation. Once the registration information is confirmed by my signature, it cannot be changed.

All kinds of candidates are required to bring the following materials for on-site confirmation:

1. Social candidates with Hebei household registration

(1) the original of the candidate's own household registration book;

(2) The original valid identity certificate of the candidate;

(3) the original diploma of the candidate's relevant education.

2. Social candidates with personnel relations in Hebei

(1) Original valid ID card of the candidate;

(2) The original personnel relationship certificate issued by the local personnel agency (retained at the audit point);

(3) the original diploma of the candidate's relevant education.

3. Students who are qualified to run a school and have attended the third grade or above in pre-school professional schools and ordinary institutions of higher learning at the secondary education level.

(1) Original valid ID card of the candidate;

(2) Xuexin.com () downloads and prints the online verification report of the student status of the Ministry of Education for students above grade three in ordinary colleges and universities, and pre-school education majors above grade three (including grade three) issue the student status certificate stamped and confirmed by the school's student status management department (the student status certificate is unified, see Annex 5 for samples, and the blank electronic version can be downloaded from the announcement link; Audit report and student status certificate shall be kept by the audit point).

(3) Online payment

From 201June September 10 to June 16, candidates who have passed the exam will log on to the registration system of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination network () again to pay online fees (note: candidates can pay fees after passing the exam, and those who fail to pay after the deadline will be invalid, and all subjects need to be merged). Registration fee 70 yuan/Gate.

(4) Print the admission ticket

After successful registration, candidates can download and print the admission ticket (20 16 10 3 1 to 1 15) one week before the exam, and take the exam at the time and place specified in the admission ticket.

(1) 20 16 The opening date for inquiring written test results in the second half of the year is 12 13. Candidates can inquire through the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination network (). Candidates who have objections to their test scores can apply for verification within 10 working days after the test scores are published, and the application will be sent to the mailboxes of all test areas by mail (see Annex 3). The subject of the email is "candidate's name-NTCE verification application", and the application content includes the applicant's admission ticket number, name, ID number, verification subject code, website query score and contact number. The application information must be accurate and complete. Candidates will be informed of the verification results by email.

(3) The written test results of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination are valid for 2 years. Candidates who have failed subjects during the validity period can only choose to fill in the failed subjects when registering. There is no written certificate for the written test. Those who pass the written test and interview can inquire, download and print the examination certificate in the "Web version" in PDF format through the "Certificate Inquiry" column of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination network (), and provide it to the accreditation department for use. The certificate is valid for 3 years and is a necessary condition for candidates to apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers.
