Can hydrogen neutralize tritium?
You can't.

Tritium is one of the isotopes of hydrogen, and its nucleus consists of one proton and two neutrons. Compared with ordinary hydrogen nuclei (only one proton), tritium nuclei have one more neutron. Because the nucleus of tritium is relatively unstable and radioactive, beta decay will occur, transforming a neutron into a proton, releasing an electron and an antineutrino. In contrast, an ordinary hydrogen nucleus has only one proton and no neutron. Since the hydrogen nucleus has no neutrons, it cannot carry out nuclear reactions. Therefore, hydrogen cannot neutralize tritium.
