Returned overseas students with permanent residence in Beijing who obtained their degrees outside the country (territory) from June 1 2022 to July 3 1 2023 and completed the qualification certification of the education department, but did not implement the work unit, can apply for the exam with reference to fresh graduates from Beijing Shengyuan;
4. The recruitment scope is "unlimited", which is limited to social workers with Beijing household registration and fresh graduates from Beijing Shengyuan;
5. The age calculation method of Beijing registered social workers and Beijing registered fresh graduates: "25 years old and below" means1born on or after February 28th, 997, "30 years old and below" means1born on or after February 28th, 992, and "35 years old and below" means 1987.
6. Non-Beijing graduates apply for the exam. Master students are limited to be under 30 years old (1993 65438+ 10 month 1 day or later), and doctoral students are limited to be under 35 years old (1988 1 day or later);
7. Education, degree, professional and technical (post-holding) qualification, professional (executive) qualification or professional skill level certificate (obtained before the announcement), grassroots working years or related work experience (the calculation time of years is as of the announcement date), etc. ; Professional requirements refer to the professional catalogue published by the Ministry of Education. Applicants who use the system for the first time must register first, and then fill in the corresponding information after successfully logging into the system.
(2) Preliminary examination of online qualifications
The preliminary qualification examination is the responsibility of each recruitment unit.
Applicants should log in to Mentougou District Personnel Examination Recruitment System from March 5, 2023 10:00 to March 7, 2023 16:00 to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination.
During the period from March 5, 2023 10:00 to March 7, 2023 16:00, those who failed in the preliminary qualification examination may report to other positions.
The recruiting unit will not notify the preliminary examination results separately. If the applicant misses the registration opportunity because he fails to check the online audit results in time, the consequences will be borne by the applicant himself.

(4) written examination

2 written test results and related information announcement
Written test score 100%, qualified score 60 points; If it is lower than the qualified score line, the follow-up qualification will be cancelled.
Candidates whose written test scores pass the qualified scores are determined as interview candidates according to the ratio of 1:3 in the order of written test scores from high to low; If the proportion is less than 1:3, the interview candidates shall be determined according to the actual number of people.

(5) Qualification examination
All recruiting units will examine the qualifications of candidates who intend to enter the interview, and they can only participate in the interview after passing the examination.
Candidates must provide the following materials during the qualification review:
1. Fill in a complete and accurate Registration Form signed by myself on the integrity statement (printed from Mentougou District Personnel Examination Recruitment System after passing the online qualification examination);
2. My ID card and account book (for collective accounts, a copy of the home page of the collective account and my account page is required);
3. China University Student Information Network () downloads and prints the national recognized academic qualifications, degree certificates, electronic registration record forms of academic certificates of the Ministry of Education and online verification reports of national higher education degrees;
4. Education, professional title, technical grade certificate, rules and regulations and training certificate required for the post;
5. To apply for a position with grassroots work experience or related work experience, you need to provide a labor (employment) contract and a social insurance statement consistent with your work experience (printed through the social insurance online service platform or social security agency); If there are relevant work experience requirements for the position to be applied for, the position to be employed shall be clearly defined in the labor (employment) contract;

(6) Interview
Professional interviews are organized by the District Health and Wellness Committee.
Specialized interviews are mainly conducted by combining structured interviews with professional knowledge questions and answers.
Full score for professional interview 100, and 60 points for qualified interview line; Those below 60 points are not allowed to enter the physical examination and inspection.
The calculation method of candidates' comprehensive score is: the sum of written test score *50% and interview score *50%.

(7) Physical examination and inspection
According to the order of comprehensive scores from high to low, the physical examination candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1.
Because the comprehensive scores of a post are the same, the physical examination candidates are determined according to the written test scores from high to low; Just like the written test and interview results of a post are the same, the medical examination candidates are determined according to the interview results evaluated by the interviewer from high score to low score.
Physical examination and inspection are organized by the District Health and Wellness Committee and implemented by all recruitment units.
The medical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the relevant medical examination standards of civil servants.
Political standards are highlighted in the inspection work, and the candidates' political quality, moral quality, professional ability, work performance, and whether there are any situations that should be avoided are comprehensively inspected by consulting personnel files (student status files), individual conversations, and field visits, and their qualifications are reviewed.

(8) Publicity
Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are determined to be candidates to be hired, and the list will be published in the "Government Announcement" column of the website of Mentougou District People's Government in Beijing for 7 working days.
If there is no objection to the publicity, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
(9) Employment
By consulting the personnel files, the qualifications of the personnel to be hired will be reviewed, and those who pass the examination will go through the employment procedures.
If the person to be employed has no objection after publicity and is still in office, he shall terminate the labor contract or employment contract with the original work unit within 30 days after the expiration of publicity, and then go through the follow-up employment procedures; If the labor contract or employment contract cannot be terminated on schedule, the qualification for subsequent employment will be cancelled.
