Written test score 100%, qualified score 60 points; If it is lower than the qualified score line, the follow-up qualification will be cancelled.

Candidates whose written test scores pass the qualified scores are determined as interview candidates according to the ratio of 1:3 in the order of written test scores from high to low; If the proportion is less than 1:3, the interview candidates shall be determined according to the actual number of people.

(5) Qualification examination

All recruiting units will examine the qualifications of candidates who intend to enter the interview, and they can only participate in the interview after passing the examination.

Candidates must provide the following materials during the qualification review:

3. (6) Interview

Professional interviews are organized by the District Health and Wellness Committee.

Specialized interviews are mainly conducted by combining structured interviews with professional knowledge questions and answers.

Full score for professional interview 100, and 60 points for qualified interview line; Those below 60 points are not allowed to enter the physical examination and inspection.

The calculation method of candidates' comprehensive score is: the sum of written test score *50% and interview score *50%.

(7) Physical examination and inspection

According to the order of comprehensive scores from high to low, the physical examination candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1.

Because the comprehensive scores of a post are the same, the physical examination candidates are determined according to the written test scores from high to low; Just like the written test and interview results of a post are the same, the medical examination candidates are determined according to the interview results evaluated by the interviewer from high score to low score.

Physical examination and inspection are organized by the District Health and Wellness Committee and implemented by all recruitment units.

The medical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the relevant medical examination standards of civil servants.

Political standards are highlighted in the inspection work, and the candidates' political quality, moral quality, professional ability, work performance, and whether there are any situations that should be avoided are comprehensively inspected by consulting personnel files (student status files), individual conversations, and field visits, and their qualifications are reviewed.

(8) Publicity

Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are determined to be candidates to be hired, and the list will be published in the "Government Announcement" column of the website of Mentougou District People's Government in Beijing for 7 working days.

If there is no objection to the publicity, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.

(9) Employment

By consulting the personnel files, the qualifications of the personnel to be hired will be reviewed, and those who pass the examination will go through the employment procedures.

If the person to be employed has no objection after publicity and is still in office, he shall terminate the labor contract or employment contract with the original work unit within 30 days after the expiration of publicity, and then go through the follow-up employment procedures; If the labor contract or employment contract cannot be terminated on schedule, the qualification for subsequent employment will be cancelled.
