Tongda College of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications is a full-time undergraduate independent college founded by Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications 1999 with the approval of the Ministry of Education. The College is located at No.66 Xinmaomo Road, downtown Nanjing, and No.9 Wen Yuan Road, Xianlin University Town, Nanjing.

Tongda College has advanced teaching and experimental equipment, and computer center, audio-visual center, voice experiment center, program-controlled exchange technology center, mobile communication technology center, optical fiber communication technology center, and professional laboratories such as image processing and image communication, voice signal processing, computer communication, IP network and experimental communication network provide students with a good teaching and experimental environment.
