During the "Quality Management Month", the members of the activity leading group went deep into the classroom, attended classes at random, exchanged opinions with the lecturers in time, collected students' evaluation opinions on the lecturers, made statistical analysis, and gave feedback on centralized class evaluation once a week. At the same time, each class also objectively evaluated the teaching situation, teaching attitude, methods and effects of all teachers, which reflected the overall situation analysis.
Second, the existing problems and shortcomings:
1, a few teachers can't grasp the key content of the textbook in teaching, the theme is not prominent, they lack familiarity with the textbook, and the teaching is not scientific and interesting. Some teachers have poor language skills, slurred speech, low voices and big opinions from students. Some teachers lack logic, organization and dullness in their lectures, some teachers can't carry out teaching activities for different levels of educated objects, and classroom questioning and training focus on individual students.
2. In the course of lectures and inspections, it is found that some teachers teach without a lesson plan, follow the book when giving lectures, some teachers teach without a blackboard, and there is no homework after class. Some teachers don't attend classes and finish classes according to the school's teaching progress, resulting in the phenomenon of being late for class and leaving early, insufficient class hours, unable to complete teaching tasks and being arbitrary.
