Responsible for the budget, payment and year-end final accounts of the bureau and the county's primary and secondary school funds; Do a good job in the management of school production files in the county; Do a good job in annual education statistics; Responsible for auditing the income and expenditure of the school, education funds, special subsidies and other projects of the unit; Cooperate with relevant departments to do a good job in the collection of education funds in the county.
(4) Basic Education Section
Overall management of the county's basic education, focusing on organizing the implementation of nine-year compulsory education, and stopping students from dropping out of school according to law; To study the comprehensive reform of the basic education system, guide the adjustment of the structural layout of basic education and the examination and approval of running schools by private schools and social forces, and draft the evaluation standards of basic education and the provisions on the construction of teaching materials; Responsible for the management of junior high schools and primary schools in the county; Responsible for the academic level test; To guide students in primary and secondary schools in moral education, physical education, health, art education, national defense education and military training, and to guide special education and ethnic education; Responsible for the administrative management and business guidance of primary and secondary schools.
