Chalk education is the brand of a training institution. At present, outlets have been set up in many cities, not counting grass-roots units, and in-service teachers belong to front-line workers.

Grassroots units: (1) Organs, enterprises and institutions below the county level in the central and western regions and hard and remote areas, including township (development zone) government organs, rural primary and secondary schools, state-owned agricultural (animal husbandry and forestry) farms, agricultural technology extension stations, animal husbandry and veterinary stations, township health centers, family planning service stations and township cultural stations.

(2) the work place is located in the central and western regions and the hard and remote areas below the county level, such as meteorology, earthquake, geology, hydropower construction, coal, petroleum, navigation, nuclear industry and other central units.
