The reporter learned on the 5th that the the State Council Education Steering Committee Office recently issued a circular saying that since the autumn of 20021,six off-campus training institutions, including Peking University Centennial Learning Network, Simple Learning Network, Xinmai Education, Learning Together Online School, Ladder Online Learning System, and Youersi Education Integrated Management Platform, have some problems, such as illegal training, chaotic internal management, and non-compliance with regulations during national statutory holidays, rest days, and students' normal classes and breaks.
