Luo Chongmin was born in a peasant family and spent his youth in the countryside. Mother Zhu Shuifeng died at the age of 83. She is diligent, kind and full of perseverance. Luo Chongmin wrote an epitaph for her: "Mother can't read, but she is a book we cherish and must read all our lives". My father Luo is 87 years old. He studied hard all his life and only went to the first grade of junior high school. Through his own efforts, he was called a local pen, edited the County Records of Jiangchuan County and published a collection of essays. With the consent of his father, Luo Chongmin wrote an inscription on the preset tombstone: "Ordinary father endowed us with character and wisdom". Luo Chongmin has a sister and a younger sister. Her sister is a farmer in the countryside, and her sister is a section chief of Yuxi Urban and Rural Construction Bureau. Luo Chongmin married her senior Pu Manling on 1976 and had a daughter and a son. Her daughter Rodin graduated from the School of Civil Engineering of Chongqing University and served as the dean of Yuxi Planning and Design Institute. Son-in-law Li Yuanjun, Rodin's classmate, graduated from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics; My son, Luo Ting, graduated from Sun Yat-sen University, studied at New Jersey State University in the United States, and worked as the director of planning department of China Sports Industry Company, as an IT and editing producer. The daughter-in-law Zhang Xin was born in Xi 'an. After Tsinghua University graduated, she studied in Germany and worked as a planner in China Sports Industry Company. A daughter and a son each have a daughter. Luo Chongmin always thought that he had been the secretary of the county party committee, the secretary of the state committee, the secretary of the university and the director of education, but he felt that the greatest, most responsible and meaningful thing was to be the father of Rodin and Luo Ting. This title and position is full of true love, embodies the responsibility and expresses the realm.

My father-in-law Pu is a famous China painter. He graduated from the National Hangzhou Art College in his early years and worked in the Central Ministry of Education. People's Fine Arts Publishing House published Pu's Collection of Paintings and Calligraphy and Pu's Collection of Famous Painters, and held painting and calligraphy exhibitions in China Art Museum and Yunnan Provincial Museum. After Mr. Pu's death, he personally designed and made a tombstone inscribed with filial piety, and spared no effort to spread Mr. Pu's painting and calligraphy art 201kloc-0/01kloc-0/4 "Pu Wenzhi Painting and Calligraphy Art Exhibition" sponsored by Yunnan Provincial Department of Culture, Yunnan Federation of Literary and Art Circles and People's Fine Arts Publishing House was held in China.

My mother-in-law Zhou Fengxian is a descendant of the governor of Guizhou. She lives with Mr and Mrs Luo Chongmin all the year round. She used to say, "The greatest comfort in this life is having an uncle, Luo Chongmin". In 20 12, People's Fine Arts Publishing House, as its iconic publication Dahongpao, officially released the book Pu, a famous contemporary painter in China, which included 95 landscape paintings, 66 flower-and-bird paintings, 29 calligraphy paintings, 3 stone paintings and figure paintings created by Mr. Pu in different periods. The outer cover of the album is a red hard suit frame, and the painter's name is dyed yellow. With the aim of carrying forward the traditional culture of China and highlighting the outstanding achievements of modern painting art in China, The Series Album of Dahongpao, a famous modern painting in China, has been selected and published by famous painters at home and abroad. This series has published the works of Wu Changshuo, Qi Baishi, Zhang Daqian, Xu Beihong, Fu Baoshi, Jiang,,, Li Keran and what a painter. 1983, Pu's works, such as Longmen in Kunming, Scenery in Southern Yunnan, Scenery of Emei, Hundred Steps of Huangshan Mountain and Panda Opera, were collected by connoisseurs in Japan, France and Italy. During the period of 1987, dozens of Chinese paintings such as Huashan Scenery, Dinghu Cuisine, Morning Bell of Songshan Mountain, Natural Danger of Jiange, Three Islands in Penglai and Dieshan were sent to France for exhibition. The artistic biography was included in the Dictionary of Contemporary Painters in China and the Dictionary of Contemporary Calligraphers in China.

Luo Chongmin likes all kinds of sports and cultural and artistic activities, especially swimming. I have crossed Fuxian Lake and Xingyun Lake in Yunnan for many times. He swam across the Pacific Ocean, Atlantic Ocean, Indian Ocean, Mediterranean Sea, Dead Sea, Qinghai Lake, Yangtze River and Yellow River. Practice Qigong, Tai Ji Chuan, traditional swordsmanship and western sword; Like basketball, table tennis, tennis, golf, snooker and other ball games; I have studied erhu, sanxian, piano, flute and other musical instruments.

Luo Chongmin believes that there is no clear boundary between life, work and study, but reading and writing are his greatest hobbies. He has no hobbies such as smoking, drinking, drinking tea and playing cards.
