Ran Qiu (former 522-? ), the word Ziyou, commonly known as "You Ran", was honored as "Ranzi", a native of Lu (now Ran Ji Xian, Heze City, Shandong Province). Descendants of Zhou Wenwang's tenth son, Ran Jizai. A famous scholar and disciple of Confucius at the end of the Spring and Autumn Period.
