Four types of educational administrative punishment
Legal analysis: Educational administrative punishment can be divided into four categories:

(1) Apply for disciplinary action. Including warnings and informed criticism.

(4) personal punishment. Mainly administrative detention.

Legal basis: Article 9 of the Interim Measures for the Implementation of Educational Administrative Punishment includes:

(1) warning;

(2) a fine;

(three) confiscation of illegal income, confiscation of illegally issued and printed academic certificates, academic certificates and other academic certificates;

(4) Revocation of illegally established schools and other educational institutions;

(five) to cancel the qualification of issuing academic certificates such as academic qualifications and degrees;

(6) disqualify teachers;

(ten) other educational administrative penalties as prescribed by laws and regulations.

When implementing the above punishment, the education administrative department shall order the parties to correct the illegal acts within a time limit.
