Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 In order to standardize the housekeeping management system and strengthen the housekeeping construction, these Provisions are formulated in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the actual situation of secondary vocational schools. This provision is the basic basis for the internal management and construction of secondary vocational schools, and is applicable to secondary vocational schools and students in the province.

Article 2 Housekeeping management and construction in secondary vocational schools are the basis for schools to carry out education and teaching activities and an important guarantee for cultivating students' civilized behavior habits. Its basic tasks are: to educate students to strengthen organizational discipline, abide by the rules of housekeeping, develop good behavior habits, ensure the normal education and teaching order of the school, and create a civilized and harmonious campus environment.

Third school leaders, teachers and management cadres have an important responsibility for the implementation of these provisions. They should give full play to the role of being a teacher by example, teaching and educating people, managing and educating people, clarify the responsibilities of various functional departments and management positions, and establish a working mechanism that is coordinated, standardized and orderly, and has strong supervision.

Chapter II Admission of Freshmen

Article 4 Freshmen should register in accordance with the regulations when they enter the school, and abide by the school's housekeeping regulations. The school should sort the freshmen's health, check their physical examination and register their medical history, including haircut, bathing and changing clothes. Vaccination should be carried out if conditions permit, and health records should be established. Students who find diseases should be treated in time. Those who can't adapt to the collective life of the school or can't adhere to normal study should go through the formalities of dropping out of school according to regulations.

Fifth, we should educate freshmen about health and hygiene knowledge and cultivate the habit of loving cleanliness and stressing hygiene. Sixth freshmen, according to the provisions of military training and entrance education, no special circumstances. Military training is conducted in accordance with the Military Training Program for Ordinary Senior High School Students issued by the Ministry of Education, the General Staff Department and the General Political Department (No.1 [2003]/KLOC-0), and the entrance education includes: patriotism education, gratitude and inspirational education, legal discipline education, national unity education and civilization cultivation education.

Chapter III Internal Relations

Article 7 The relationship between teachers and students is the basis of the internal relationship of the school. Teachers and students are politically equal regardless of nationality or region. Students should respect each other, care for each other and help each other to form a United, harmonious and progressive classmate relationship. School leaders, teachers and management cadres should treat students equally, care and cherish students, and students should respect school leaders, teachers and management cadres.

Eighth school leaders, teachers and management cadres should do the following for students:

Ninth students should do the following to school leaders, teachers and management cadres:

(4) Don't contradict face to face, don't talk behind your back, and don't make small moves;

(5) Take care of the school, cherish the collective honor and maintain the campus environment.

Chapter IV Politeness and Etiquette

Article 10 Students must cultivate good manners, unity, friendship and mutual respect. In class, ask the students on duty to "stand up" and all the students shout "Hello, teacher". The teacher should respond "Hello, classmate, please sit down". When meeting a teacher, students should take the initiative to say hello to the teacher: "Hello, teacher!" " "The teacher should answer:" Hello, XX! ".The contact between classmates should be called by name, and inappropriate nicknames and nicknames should not be used. When contacting with others, students should be polite, use polite expressions such as "please", "thank you" and "sorry", learn to respect the old and love the young, put courtesy first, be considerate of others and be helpful.

Article 11 When raising the national flag and playing the national anthem, students should stand at attention and pay attention. In group activities or gatherings, students should consciously abide by discipline, and be dignified, refreshed and civilized in public places.

Chapter V gfd

Article 12 Instrument and discipline are students' instrument and style, and they are the embodiment of students' style, discipline and mental outlook. Students must dress according to the school regulations and keep their appearance clean and tidy. Boys have no long hair, big sideburns and beards; Girls don't wear their hair over their shoulders or perm it. Students do not tattoo, leave long nails and dye nails, and do not wear earrings, necklaces, collars, rings and other jewelry on campus. Do not wear colored glasses except for study and work needs and eye diseases.

Thirteenth students go out, must abide by social morality, public order and traffic rules, and consciously safeguard the reputation of the school. Do not gather in the streets, laugh and make noise in public places, and do not carry prohibited items. When taking public transport, you should take the initiative to give your seat to the elderly, children, pregnant women, the disabled and those in need.

Fourteenth students are not allowed to smoke, drink, gamble and fight, not to carry hidden controlled knives, not to participate in superstitious activities.

Fifteenth students are not allowed to enter bars, Internet cafes and electronic game halls and other places of business entertainment. Students are strictly forbidden to set foot in unhealthy places.

Sixteenth students are not allowed to buy or spread pornographic, violent, superstitious and vulgar books, periodicals and audio-visual products.

Seventeenth schools must establish and improve the student gfd and discipline inspection system. Classes and schools should check students' gfd and discipline at least once a week, correct problems and make comments in time. Schools should organize pickets inside and outside the school to supervise students' appearance and discipline. Students who violate gfd and discipline should be advised to correct immediately. Those who do not obey the picket and seriously violate the discipline of appearance should be criticized and educated, reported to the school when necessary, and dealt with severely according to the school discipline.

Chapter VI Work and Rest Arrangements

Eighteenth study days usually keep eight hours of study time and eight hours of sleep time. The schedule of work and rest shall be formulated by the school according to the regulations and relevant provisions, combined with the actual situation of the school and the season.

Article 19 One-day school life.

Get up: after hearing the wake-up signal, all students get up immediately, dress according to the regulations and get ready for sports. The personnel on duty should perform their duties according to the regulations, check the situation of getting up in each class, and deal with the sick people in time according to the situation.

Morning exercises: Except holidays and rest days, students do morning exercises every day, usually for 30 minutes, mainly for queue training and physical exercise. Students should take part in morning exercises, except for the sick and wounded who rest under special circumstances and are approved by the school. After hearing the drill signal, each class should assemble quickly, check the dress, and run to the assembly field, where the teacher on duty will lead the team to do the drill. Attend class combined with morning exercises 1-2 times a week, and check the dress, appearance and personal hygiene. The school organizes a competition every quarter.

Lunch break: After hearing the lunch break signal, students should stay in bed in the dormitory and keep quiet except the staff on duty. The lunch break can be dominated by individuals, but they are not allowed to go out without authorization and may not affect others' rest. Students on duty should assist the management to check the lunch break of the class.

Extracurricular activities: The school should arrange no less than 1 hour of extracurricular activities every day. Extracurricular activities should focus on physical exercise, and students can also be organized to carry out various sports, personal interests, cleaning public health, greening and beautifying the campus and other active and healthy activities.

Evening self-study: students should abide by the school's evening self-study regulations. Evening self-study can be arranged according to the teaching plan, and the learning content can also be arranged according to the actual situation of students. Schools can organize political study, party group activities, theme class meetings and other activities during evening self-study hours. Evening self-study should be managed and guided by a class teacher or subject teacher.

Roll call: roll call is generally made every day in class, and roll call must be made on rest days and holidays. The roll call is organized and implemented by the class teacher. The roll call is made before class or at other times. Roll call should be reported to the student management department.

Chapter VII Daily System

Article 20 Regular school meetings.

Twenty-second classes should establish a "class diary", and class cadres take turns to record important matters in the class. The specific content is formulated by the school itself.

Twenty-third leave and leave cancellation.

The problems found in the shop inspection should be corrected in time and reported to the leaders of the leading school immediately if necessary. The inspection value of each store should be registered.

Twenty-fifth schools must establish a strict duty system.

When students' relatives come to school, the class teacher should arrange for students to reunite with their relatives and introduce their study and life at school. When relatives leave school, students can be sent to nearby stations and ports. Students are not allowed to live with relatives or guests in the dormitory.

Article 27 Certificates and management. Schools should issue student ID cards in a unified way, which should indicate the validity period and student status, and students should carry their student ID cards with them when they go out. It is strictly forbidden to lend, copy, forge or alter to prevent loss and damage. If it is lost, it should be reported to the school for approval. Students should hand in their student ID cards when they leave school or graduate.

Article 28 Awards and penalties. Students should be commended and rewarded for their outstanding performance in housekeeping, code of conduct and observing school rules and disciplines. For students who violate these regulations, schools should be patient, learn lessons and help them correct their mistakes. For students with serious bad behavior, depending on the nature and attitude of their bad behavior, they will be given warnings, demerits, serious demerits, detention and other sanctions; For a very small number of students who seriously violate these regulations and refuse to correct them, which has a very bad influence, they should be advised to drop out of school and be severely disciplined.

Twenty-ninth specific measures for students' rewards and punishments shall be formulated by the municipal and state education administrative departments and schools in accordance with these Provisions and the Measures for the Administration of Secondary Vocational Schools.

Thirtieth these Provisions shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. The Sichuan Provincial Department of Education shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Provisions. Schools shall formulate measures for internal management of schools in accordance with these regulations.
