Xunhu Village, located in the west of Julu County, is a "red education town" built by Julu County.

During War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, the War of Liberation and the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, the villagers of Xunhu Village actively joined the army and participated in the revolution, and 25 people spilled blood on the battlefield, so Xunhu Village was also called the hero village. To commemorate the martyrs, 1996 built a martyrs monument and memorial square in the village to inherit the revolutionary spirit.

The construction of "Red Education Town" in Xunhu Village is by no means in vain. At present, Xunhu Village is undergoing tap water renovation, and the streets are full of dirt. As Shelley's ode to the west wind said, "If winter comes, can spring be far behind?"
