Deduction points have penetrated into all aspects of students' lives, which not only makes students highly nervous, but also makes the class teacher nervous, for fear that they will be deducted if they are slightly negligent, and the weekly evaluation will count down. In short, students are afraid and teachers are tired.
I often think, is the purpose of moral education to make students afraid and teachers tired? Is this deductive form the best way of moral education? Not to mention whether such a large number of "rules and regulations" are reasonable, but how effective can such a deduction method be? Unified hairstyle causes "haircut storm"; The mobile phone ban is just a name; Littering seems to be banned repeatedly. Why on earth is this? Because students do not recognize such rules from the heart, let alone consciously abide by them. Therefore, as long as there is an opportunity, they will violate the rules and regulations of the school. This paradigm education, which regulates behavior by "prohibition" and "deduction", may be effective in a short time, but it will never go far.
