Job responsibilities:

1. new contract acceptance: handle the daily acceptance and preliminary examination of new contracts in various channels at the counter.

2. Business handling: handling securities claims and other business through various channels, assisting the Head Office in claims investigation, obtaining medical examination reports and other matters, and being responsible for the custody of securities and filing of documents.

3. Complaint handling: accept telephone and counter consultation from internal and external customers, be responsible for the reception and handling of customer complaints, and respond to customer questions quickly and efficiently.

4. Complete other work arranged by superior leaders.
