1, Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts

Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, referred to as "Guang Mei", located in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, is the only higher art college in South China approved by the Ministry of Education. Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts was established in Wuhan, Hubei Province on 1953 with the approval of the Ministry of Higher Education. It was formed by the merger of relevant departments of Central South College of Literature and Art, South China People's College of Literature and Art, Guangxi College of Art and other institutions.
