This shows that a considerable number of employees have a weak sense of responsibility, risk prevention and legal awareness, lack self-protection, simply obey, blindly follow and guard against each other, and cannot strictly enforce rules and regulations, which objectively provides opportunities for criminals. The lack of due vigilance against Li Wei's criminal behavior gave Li Weian a chance to commit a crime.
From this case, I thought of the scandal that happened around us. There are many similarities with this case: first, supervision and inspection are not in place, and illegal operation problems cannot be found in time; Second, there are rules that are not followed and illegal operations, so that criminals can take advantage of them; Third, employees have poor awareness of prevention, blindly obey leaders and lose principles.
