Dong Pei Jr.: How do you prepare lessons before teaching? (Article Xiao Jiu)
News:

20021May 19, in the series of lectures on "Teacher Education and Learning Forum Column" held by the College of Literature, Shaanxi Normal University, I listened to the small "How to Prepare Lessons", as long as the content is "Xiao Jiu Tune".

I only read the text version before, and I didn't have a chance to listen to Mr. Xiao's explanation. This time, it is really "cloud listening". I have a deeper and clearer understanding of "Xiao Jiu Article", a better understanding of Mr. Xiao's experience in preparing lessons, and a better understanding of the importance of text interpretation to a teacher and a class.

There are many classic sentences, such as "The depth and thickness of the teacher's reading determines the height of your class" and "You are from China".

At the end of the lecture, He Weidong, a teacher from Shaanxi Normal University, made a summary exchange.

According to personal reading habits, the format of Jiutiao has been adjusted.

Text:

? How to prepare lessons before teaching?

Someone once asked me, if you get a new text, what aspects will you think about your teaching and how will you prepare lessons?

I think I should think about my teaching from nine aspects:

First, what kind of article this text is (that is, to understand its writing characteristics and stylistic characteristics);

Second, what is this passage about (that is, the content and theme);

Thirdly, why did you write this article (that is, writing motivation and writing background);

Fourthly, how to write this article well (that is, language features and writing skills). These are four questions in preparing lessons. Ask about the stylistic features, content and theme, writing motivation and background, language features and writing skills of the article. Are these four enough? Not enough!

Fifth, why did the editor put this article in this unit (that is, to understand the editing intention and unit goal);

Sixth, what is the greatest teaching significance of this text (that is, thinking about its teaching value);

Seventh, which paragraphs can best reflect the theme and writing characteristics of the article (that is, key teaching);

Eighth, after reading this article, what is the difference between what students may understand and what teachers need to teach them (that is, to make a pre-judgment on their academic situation);

Ninth, what teaching resources (teaching resources) are provided by the textbook itself.

After understanding these nine questions, you can start preparing lessons.

Of course, when thinking about preparing lessons in Chinese teaching, it is likely that there will be an eleventh question when it comes to an article, but in any case, one thing should be kept in mind-Chinese must be taught honestly.
