The tuition standard of colleges and universities is managed according to the principle of localization. If there are provisions in the current national university charging policy, it shall be implemented according to the existing provisions; If there are no provisions, the provincial education administrative department shall put forward opinions according to the actual cost, local economic development level, residents' economic affordability and other factors, and report them to the price and financial departments at the same level for examination and approval before implementation.
