Administrative fees in colleges and universities include tuition, accommodation and examination fees.
(1) Undergraduate (vocational) students, preparatory students and junior college students of ordinary, adult and higher correspondence education approved by tuition-paying colleges and universities to the administrative department of education according to the relevant national regulations and policies; Second degree, double degree, double degree and minor degree students; Postgraduates who have not been allocated financial funds in various countries (including graduates of professional degrees, on-the-job postgraduates studying for master's and doctoral degrees, persons with equivalent academic qualifications applying for master's and doctoral degrees, engineering postgraduates of demonstration software colleges, and students entrusted to train self-financing master's, doctoral and postgraduate courses, etc.). ); Undergraduate students who study in the form of undergraduate and graduate students; Students studying in China at their own expense; Students who take the higher education diploma examination, self-taught classes and applied self-taught specialized classes will be charged tuition fees.
Tuition fees are charged by academic year or semester, and may not be collected in advance across academic years. If students drop out of school or finish their studies ahead of schedule after paying tuition fees, colleges and universities should refund the remaining tuition fees on a monthly basis according to the actual study time of students.
The tuition standard of colleges and universities is managed according to the principle of localization. If there are provisions in the current national university charging policy, it shall be implemented according to the existing provisions; If there are no provisions, the provincial education administrative department shall put forward opinions according to the actual cost, local economic development level, residents' economic affordability and other factors, and report them to the price and financial departments at the same level for examination and approval before implementation.
