The League branch formulates an evaluation plan for the education of League members, puts forward the time, steps and methods of evaluation, and requires League members to report their life and personal thoughts in the past year to the League branch in written or oral form, find out the shortcomings and gaps, and carry out criticism and self-criticism within the League. Through the appraisal, educate all the league members, enhance their awareness and improve the combat effectiveness of the group.

The annual registration system is implemented for league members.

Members who pass the education appraisal and meet the registration conditions shall register with the Youth League Committee within the specified time. Individual members who do not have a strong sense of organization and have violated discipline within one year should suspend their registration as appropriate. During the registration period, each League branch should fill in and sort out the membership card and files of the branch, so as to check and fill the gaps in time.
