How to use a gas stove
The correct use of gas cookers: First, adjust the air door. All gas cookers must pay attention to adjusting the size of flame and damper to make the combustion flame blue cone and stable; Because the air door is too big and there is too much air, the fire is not easy to light; The throttle is too small, which is easy to produce red fire and incomplete combustion. For gas stoves with flameout protection device, the throttle adjustment ratio is as follows: one throttle directly connected with the small burner should be as small as possible, and the other throttle leading to the outer ring should be opened in a sector of one third. The second is correct ignition. When the gas stove with flameout protection device is ignited, press the button, and after the switch is turned on, it cannot be released immediately. Only after pressing the switch for at least 3 seconds can it be released. Because there is a thermocouple at the small burner of this cooker, it needs to be preheated before the magnetic suction valve can be tightened, and then the gas path can be opened. Otherwise, the gas path will be cut off automatically. The third is regular maintenance. Take good care of the cooker and keep the surface of the stove clean. The fire hole on the burner is easily blocked by dirt such as porridge, vegetable soup, medicine juice and dust. Always decontaminate and wipe off water stains. Regularly dredge the vent hole on the stove with small iron wire to prevent blockage. Always polish the thermocouple with fine sand skin to remove oxides or stains that affect heat transfer, keep the cooker clean, keep the gas flowing, and maintain a good heating state. Fourth, regular inspection. Always check the sealing performance of the plug valve (the valve at the joint of metal pipe and rubber pipe) and refuel it in time; Always check whether the connecting hose is cracked and aging, and replace it with a new hose in time when problems are found; After burning for a long time, the temperature of the furnace is high, so it is necessary to prevent the cooling water from dripping, so as not to make the paint on the surface of the furnace fall off.
