What is the National Experimental Research Center for Basic Education?
The National Experimental Center for Basic Education is a national experimental research institution for basic education approved by the State Planning Commission and the State Education Commission. The center was established in 1995 and officially listed in 1999, and carried out experimental research under the leadership of the Department of Basic Education of the Ministry of Education and Northeast Normal University.

The main tasks of students in the National Experimental Research Center for Basic Education are as follows:

1. To study the major theoretical and practical problems in the reform and development of basic education in China.

2. Explore the law of implementing quality education in the basic education stage.

3. Study the new trends and experiences of the reform and development of contemporary international basic education.
