So how can we cultivate students' sense of collective honor? Now I will talk about my personal views based on the current situation of moral education in our school and the actual situation of the class. First, cultivate a sense of collective honor through "picking stars" in various activities. Group activity is a classroom of education and infection, from which students can be educated, inspired and motivated, thus enhancing their sense of collective honor. Our school's "star class" selection, school sports meeting, inter-school football match and other activities are all excellent opportunities for us to cultivate students' collective sense of honor. In these activities, the class teacher should consciously guide and mobilize everyone's enthusiasm, give full play to their role, make them feel that the collective honor can not be separated from everyone's efforts, thus enhancing their self-motivation and self-discipline ability. I assign tasks to 43 students in my class, some are responsible for class discipline, some are responsible for class hygiene, some are responsible for class plant management, and some are responsible for the evaluation of "star teenagers" ... In this way, each student is a class cadre and the owner of the class. Students have equal status in the class and are all working for the class. When the work that individual students are responsible for is not done well enough, I first talk to these students, understand the situation, encourage them, and ask them to make their own summary of last week's work at the class meeting. After a period of training, most students can do their jobs well, truly become the masters of the class, the sense of collective honor is constantly strengthened, and students' abilities in all aspects are also exercised and improved. For example, the monitor and team leader are all responsible for the work of "star boys" in this class. I distributed the Red Star and Venus to the group leader, who rewarded the members of the group. The group leader distributed the Red Star or Venus to students who got smiling faces and excellent grades in their homework, teachers' praise in class, students who did good things for the class and so on. If they get the "one-star boy", "two-star boy" and "three-star boy" ... In addition, the vice monitor is responsible for the "star youth list". Specifically, students can design by themselves and plan carefully in several groups. Finally, the class emblem of each group is evaluated and the best one is selected as the symbol of the class. The designed class emblem can be posted in a conspicuous place in the classroom or printed on the student ID card. For example, our Class 5 (4) is the battery environmental squadron of the school, and has conducted in-depth research on the harm and recycling of batteries and achieved many results. Last year, this research project won the first prize of excellent scientific and technological practice activities in Longgang District, Shenzhen, and this year it was selected by Longgang District Education Bureau to participate in the 23rd Shenzhen Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition, so our squadron was also awarded the "five-star squadron" by the school. The students got the news that everyone is proud of being a member of this big group, so I seized this opportunity to let each student design a class emblem for this class with the theme of "green environmental protection" and the advanced deeds of our class "star teenagers", and then democratically elected one as the class emblem and posted it at the door of the classroom. After each group activity, only our class in the whole school has its own class emblem, and the students are very proud, and the students in other classes are envious.
