How to Infiltrate Legal Education Cleverly in Chinese Teaching
Strengthening legal education in primary and secondary schools is an inevitable requirement to implement education-oriented and moral education first, and an important measure to guide and help young students grow up healthily, prevent minors from breaking the law and committing crimes, and cultivate qualified citizens in a socialist country ruled by law.

To strengthen students' legal education, we must give full play to the role of the classroom as the main channel, and Chinese teaching plays a unique role in legal education. Chinese teaching is rich in content and covers a wide range, and the laws and regulations we contact are also comprehensive. Depending on the characteristics of Chinese subject, law education can be infiltrated in text content explanation, expanding practice and oral communication, so as to improve students' ability to distinguish right from wrong and legal concept, and make them become qualified citizens who learn, know, abide by the law and use, and become builders and successors of the future socialist cause.

Key words: infiltrating legal classroom teaching, expanding practice, oral communication, comprehensive practice of primary school Chinese.

In recent years, the phenomenon of juvenile students committing crimes has occurred from time to time, and it is on the rise, and the situation is more severe. For example, the "6.28" incident in Weng 'an, Guizhou, the "9.27" case in a middle school in Guiyang and the "9. 16" case in a middle school in Guiding are typical cases. The occurrence of these incidents is shocking and distressing, highlighting the importance, necessity and urgency of strengthening legal education in primary and secondary schools. Pupils are more likely to induce crimes when they are immature in body and mind and lack basic legal knowledge. As a primary school teacher, it is our bounden duty to strengthen the legal education for primary school students.

To strengthen students' legal education, we must give full play to the role of the classroom as the main channel, and Chinese teaching plays a unique role in legal education. The new syllabus of Chinese curriculum clearly points out that Chinese is the most important communication tool and an important part of human culture. The unity of instrumentality and humanism is the basic feature of Chinese curriculum. The unique course nature and position of Chinese determines its important role in infiltrating legal education and training. Ye Shengtao once said: "Learning Chinese is learning to be a man." The rich humanistic connotation of Chinese curriculum and ideological and moral education has a profound influence on people's spiritual field. In teaching, it is necessary to fully tap the relevant legal knowledge contained in the teaching materials for organic and ingenious infiltration, and skillfully infiltrate patriotism education, moral quality education and legal education into Chinese teaching, so that students can establish the concept of legal system from an early age, know that the law can protect themselves, and know that breaking the law will be punished by the law. Therefore, in Chinese teaching, we can make use of the characteristics of the subject to educate students in the legal system through various channels. In the long-term attempt, I have realized several ways to skillfully infiltrate legal education in Chinese teaching:

First, skillfully infiltrate legal education in the classroom by using the contents of Chinese texts.

It is the most direct, fastest and most effective way to instill legal knowledge into students directly by using the content of the text. The texts in primary school Chinese are rich in content, involving a wide range, and have relatively more knowledge of legal education. As a Chinese teacher, I not only impart relevant Chinese knowledge and skills in classroom teaching, but also make full use of the relevant legal education involved in the text to infiltrate skillfully.

For example, when I was teaching the expository article "There is only one earth" in the sixth grade lesson 13, I infiltrated it like this: in the third and fourth paragraphs of the text, I used courseware to show several figures of serious ecological pollution in China, and according to the students' analysis of the figures, I cleverly put forward: What relevant policies have China adopted under the increasingly serious environmental crisis facing our earth? At this time, the camera can penetrate the relevant "People's Republic of China (PRC) Environmental Protection Law" to show the students. At the same time, educate students to understand that every citizen has the responsibility and obligation to protect the environment for the sake of our mother earth and our homeland, and any behavior that destroys the environment will be punished by law and nature, understand the truth that there is only one earth, and enhance the awareness of caring for the environment and protecting the earth.

Second, the penetration of law education in the development practice of China.

Chinese expanding practice is an extension of teaching and a true expression of students in life. In expanding practice, I arranged speeches, competitions, situational performances and other activities, in which moral education and some legal education were infiltrated. For example, after teaching the text "Trees next year", I arranged an expansion exercise of drama performance to let students fully understand the relevant laws and regulations on environmental protection and bird care.

3. Infiltrate legal education in oral Chinese communication.

Oral communication is an important part of Chinese teaching. Students can speak freely in oral communication, which can not only train their language expression ability, but also expand their thinking ability. There are many social phenomena involved in oral Chinese communication, so that students can have a more comprehensive understanding of society through oral Chinese communication. Through organized oral training, many relevant laws and regulations in society can be skillfully infiltrated into oral training.

For example, the sixth unit of oral communication in the second volume of the third grade I teach requires students to spread their imagination wings and design and invent a robot by themselves. Students are very curious about robots and have a rich imagination. Many students have analyzed and explained their robots. At this time, I immediately showed many multifunctional robots invented by real scientists with courseware to guide students to understand the relevant legal system of invention and creation, from which the Patent Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC) was infiltrated. The students enriched their knowledge through communication, and also received relevant legal education.

For another example, when I was teaching the first volume of "Writing Suggestions for Oral Communication" in grade six, my classmate Long mentioned some suggestions on the management of Internet cafes, which is the most troublesome thing for my parents now. At this time, I had a brainwave and discussed with my classmates. I cited some relevant examples in society. Some students died suddenly in Internet cafes because of Internet addiction, or angered their mothers because of surfing the Internet, and guided them to infiltrate the Regulations on the Administration of Internet Service Places and the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Minors.

4. Infiltrate legal education into comprehensive Chinese teaching.

Chinese comprehensive learning is rich in content, involving science, humanities and nature, society, culture, art, morality and other fields. In the comprehensive teaching of Chinese, I try my best to let students collect all kinds of materials in life and society, and guide students to gain emotional experience in the process of social practice, thus imperceptibly infiltrating moral education and legal education.

For example, in the teaching of reading material 2 "Teachers Leading into the Door" for sixth-grade comprehensive study, I organized students to collect unforgettable things that happened with teachers from grade one to grade six, and introduced the relevant contents of "People's Republic of China (PRC) Teachers Law" in students' communication, so that students can further understand teachers' responsibilities and stimulate their love for teachers.

Infiltrating legal education in Chinese teaching can plant the seeds of socialist legal civilization in students' minds from an early age, improve students' ability to distinguish right from wrong and legal concept, and make them become qualified citizens who learn, know, abide by the law and use, and become builders and successors of the future socialist cause. As a primary school Chinese teacher, we are duty-bound.
