Dehong Teachers College (referred to as Dehong Teachers College) is a public full-time normal college approved by the Ministry of Education and headed by the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education, located in mangshi, Dehong Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The school formerly known as Dehong Teachers College was founded in 1978. 1in April, 1984, with the approval of Yunnan Provincial People's Government, Dehong Education College was established on the basis of Dehong Teachers College; Dehong National Normal School 1955 and Dehong Agricultural School 1958, which were established in 2004 and 2006, were merged into Dehong Education College respectively. In February 2006, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Dehong College of Education was transformed into Dehong Teachers College.
