In recent years, the rise of life education has caused extensive contact between life education and moral education. What kind of relationship between them seems a little vague. Whether they are independent or inclusive needs to be clarified accurately and scientifically, which is helpful to improve theoretical research and practical operation respectively.

In recent years, life education has always been one of the hot topics in China's educational theory circle, and it has also become a new path and new field for schools to seek a breakthrough in "unmanned" moral education. Therefore, the development of school life education has established extensive relations with school moral education. Some people question that life education is only a variant of moral education in the new era, and it is another title of moral education. It's nothing more than old wine in new bottles, which is actually another way of moral education. Others bring life education into the category of moral education, which leads to fuzzy and chaotic boundaries between life education and moral education. This paper holds that there are essential differences between life education and our traditional moral education, and we can't just define the scope of the two by the type of relationship between who contains who, let alone simply equate them in educational practice.
