Shandong Judges Training College was established in June 2000 at 5438+ 10. It is a deputy department-level unit under the Higher People's Court of Shandong Province, specializing in the education and training of judges. The college is located in Shanda South Road, Jinan City, with a campus area of 577,665,438+0 square meters and a building area of 48,000 square meters, and has perfect facilities such as education and training, office, accommodation and fitness.

The college has four functional departments: office, personnel department, academic affairs department and general affairs department, with a total of cadres and workers 136.

Since the official start of the education and training of judges in March, 20001year, the college has conducted post training for new presidents of grass-roots courts in accordance with the requirements of the regulations on judge training.

There are 50 sessions of Selected Graduates training, continuing training for criminal (civil) judges, WTO and China judicial trial training, outstanding young and middle-aged judges training and new laws and regulations training, with more than 6,300 trainees. At the same time, the college undertook the Sino-German seminar on guarantee law and the national training course on rectifying and standardizing the market economic order and administrative trial entrusted by the Supreme Court and the National Judges College.

In addition, the college also organized distance education and special training for courts in the whole province, and undertook the teaching task of the law (clerk) specialized class of the National Judges College. In view of the perfect education and training facilities and remarkable achievements, the Supreme People's Court approved the establishment of Shandong Branch of National Judges College in June 2002.

At present, Shandong Judges Training College is conscientiously implementing the Regulations on Judge Training and the provincial plan for the education and training of court cadres from 20065438 to 2005 with a brand-new attitude, fully realizing three strategic historical changes in the education and training of judges, inspiring the spirit and pioneering, and making positive contributions to the judicial work and the professionalization of judges in the province.
