Guangzhou Women's Federation now has seven departments (offices), namely: office, organization liaison department, propaganda department, rights and interests department, development department, research room and children's department. The office of the Working Committee on Women and Children of Guangzhou Municipal Government is located in Guangzhou Women's Federation and undertakes the daily work of the Working Committee on Women and Children of Guangzhou Municipal Government. There are five institutions, namely Guangzhou Women Cadre School, Guangzhou Children's Activity Center, Guangzhou Labor Market Women's Federation Sub-market Service Center, Guangzhou Marriage and Family Service Center and Guangzhou Children's Welfare Association Kindergarten. Guangzhou Women's Federation has a perfect organizational network. According to the vertical administrative system, women's federations are established in cities, districts (county-level cities) and towns (streets), and women's congresses are established in villages and communities; Women's committees have been set up in horizontal organs, science and technology, education, culture, health and sports departments. Women's working committees, leading cadres, intellectuals, doctors, lawyers and entrepreneurs of Guangzhou Federation of Trade Unions were established in different sectors, as well as academic organizations such as the Women's Issues Research Association and the Family Education Research Promotion Association, all of which are group members of the Women's Federation.
